To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友介紹上環有一間高水準嘅日本菜,一於試一試!前菜方面就有青瓜粒同薑蓉,十分開胃。仲有比較粗身酸酸甜甜嘅沖繩水雲。白梅貝都係好罕見,口感比平時食嘅更加彈牙爽甜。刺身方面都有好多唔同嘅款式,剝皮魚配紫蘇葉花,原來用魚肝做汁,特別鮮味。北海道馬糞海膽味道都非常鮮甜,果然係日本直送夠新鮮。針魚外貌整到好靚,味道清淡但新鮮。鱈魚白子同平時食法唔同,用木魚水灼整至半熟,有些少甜味,可以配搭酸汁蘿白蓉。鰤魚油香十足,很有彈性;燒鰤魚就有豉油,柚子胡椒,整至半生熟。鯖魚紫蘇葉芝麻白昆布(即昆布表面,最嫩最邊位果層)鮟康魚乾用汁煮,事前浸兩日,同平時出面嗰D唔同,唔用酸汁,味道都好香!吞拿魚用咗鮫位又肥美又滑,好好食,好難得食到!柚子青檸啫喱清新,清理味蕾後又可以繼續食!廣島蠔豆乳鍋味道香甜清新,又唔會過分郁,裏面仲有唔同嘅蔬菜,感覺比較fresh!深海池魚with木魚絲、日本象拔蚌with柚子皮 、新鮮銀雪魚with柚子胡椒、三文魚籽都好有特色,佢每一款唔同嘅壽司都會配上唔同嘅配料,令到無論口感定味道都提升幾個層次。幾款都超好食,唔詳細描

呢個價錢食到呢個質素,我覺得真係好抵,媲美啲米芝蓮二星三星嘅餐廳,相信呢間餐廳有一日都會攞到米芝蓮嘅殊榮
