To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近雖然係疫情期間,但係都坐唔定,唔可以成日留係屋企,就上網問吓人邊間Omakase好食⋯有人推介呢間,於是就訂座黎試吓好唔好食,又幾有驚喜!!入到去見到衛生做得好足,環境好乾淨,其實只需要勤洗手,多啲消毒,都唔使驚出街食飯。前菜有幾款,沖繩水雲都係第一次食咋!滑滑地爽爽地酸酸地,仲有青瓜粒、薑蓉,好開胃!白梅貝平時都好少聽呢個名,原來係較罕見的口感爽滑彈牙,成隻都可以食,而且師傅已經起咗出嚟就食得好方便!剝皮魚切到一條條,原來用魚肝做醬汁,可以提升佢嘅鮮味,仲配紫蘇葉花主要唔係整走個腥味,反而係令味道更豐富,只需要搞勻不用點豉油直接食已經好有鮮味。日本象拔蚌比較特別切到一條條,上面有桃仁醋Jelly柚子皮,點小小豉油就食得,食個鮮味及爽口為主。鱈魚白子平時成日都食,其實即係鱈魚精囊,用木魚水灼,整到半熟,係表面再加酸汁蘿白蓉,一齊食就變咗比較有鮮味,甜甜地。針魚個擺設整到好靚,成個樹葉咁,加d薑蔥豉油,味道清新食到佢個鮮味。棧子魚又係人生第一次食,用咗豉油燒,上面再鋪過一些芝麻,點Wasabi直接享用,質感比較林及鮮。大拖羅及燒大拖羅+紫菜都好正,非常肥美而且兩舊都冇筋,正合我意。鮟

鮟康魚乾就汁煮,聽講要浸兩日先食得,同出面唔同,冇用酸汁,味道都幾香㗎!

黑七味粉燒鰤魚,比起普通七味粉就辣少少,上面就有平時比較少啲見到嘅京都伏見青椒,冇出面啲青椒咁辣,仲有啲一條條嘅紅椒絲,令味道清新啲冇咁膩,雖然本身個魚都唔肥,但係其實呢個size嘅燒魚都幾飽。

之後就到食壽司嘅環節
赤貝壽司、牡丹蝦牡丹蝦蝦膏壽司、燒鰤魚(野生油甘魚)壽司、海膽壽司、三文魚籽壽司、燒左口魚邊壽司,總共有六件壽司,主要都係食個鮮味, 燒鰤魚(野生油甘魚)壽司同啱啱個黑七味粉燒鰤魚有好唔同嘅,因為呢個係輕輕於表面燒,所以食到比較多油同埋肥美些; 燒左口魚邊壽司就入口即溶,油脂甘香。其他唔講唔代表唔正,都好好食係想像中好吃的味道。

𩶘魚魚頭湯超級有魚香嘅鮮味,一定要趁着熱辣辣飲先會好飲,表面你仲會見到有一層小小嘅衣,不過都可以慢慢入,因為上來嘅時候係好鬼熱㗎~

去到甜品,因為我好鍾意芝士味道,見到有呢個日本直送芝士雪糕真係即刻心心眼,仲要個芝士味道好特別,好似平時買直接即食嘅芝士條,側邊包住魷魚絲嗰隻口味,第一次食咁樣口味嘅雪糕,如果讀者下次嚟到都有機會食呢個真係要試吓!
