前陣子曾拜訪過鮨一,當時評價已十分高。 這夜再受到朋友邀請,一起到來享受這夜。鮨一沙律份量很足量,有蕃茄甜甜的配以醋,很酸甜開胃,還鮮甜的八爪魚很有咬口真鯛魚簿切師傅很仔細的每片放上金箔, 而再配上酸汁雖是簿切但口感甚為彈牙,配上葱花入口很濃郁,味道亦帶有層次感白子刺身乳白色的外表,之前吃過的烹調方便是炸,這次就不是了。口感很嫩滑,白子溶入於口腔,口感很獨特,值得一試小長井 牡蠣海水味重,帶有d鐵鏽味,喜歡的朋友不會錯過北寄貝 見師傅有拍打北寄貝,原來是防止收縮,免得肉質偏un, 這北寄貝十分鮮甜粒貝而粒貝就是爽口的,很脆口會食到洛洛聲牡丹蝦刺身很大很鮮甜立魚壽司很新鮮,令人很滿意吞拿魚冇筋。很鮮甜中拖羅當然是比頭先件吞拿魚肥美,油脂在口腔內游走池魚最濃味的刺身,留到最後才食日本馬糞海膽手卷實在委震撼,師傅即整就立即交到我手,我毫不考盧就放入口中,那濃濃的口膽充斥於口腔內,十分幸福蝦頭煮湯一點也不會浪費,很濃郁蝦的鮮味,用暖湯作為今晚的完結要值得一讚的是師傅很用心為我們安排豐富的晚餐,而用心做事的男人也特別吸引的。
