今日好想食日本嘢,收工後就約左同事過嚟尖沙咀厚福街食晚飯。我哋揀咗鮨一,喺藍馬商業大廈18樓。入到去,除咗有普通座位外,鍾意睇廚師親身製作的話,可以坐喺高枱。由於太肚餓嘅關係,我哋叫咗好多嘢食啊!拿拿林order啲嘢食先:特上十貫目叫得數目字十,就梗係有10樣唔同種類嘅壽司啦。件件壽司新鮮製作,有魷魚,海膽,帶子,左口魚裙邊,甜蝦等等。淨係望個樣呀都非常吸引!食落啖啖肉,好新鮮 !日本活海膽海膽係新鮮開㗎!食落入口即溶,好濃郁鮮甜,食得出佢嘅鮮味。完全吾苦吾腥。燒鵝肝好邪惡嘅一道菜,因為有十分厚身既鵝肝。鵝肝新鮮熱辣辣燒出嚟,配上烘左既香脆多士,果然係最合拍既配搭,帶比我味道同口感上嘅雙重享受。鵝肝多士必須趁熱吃,否則味道會打折扣的!另外仲有新鮮沙律係側邊,可以解咗浸油膩感。日本蘋果沙律食完燒鵝,梗係要食返個沙律Fresh吓。上面有好多蟹子同埋日本蘋果絲,成個配搭有爽脆感覺,增加口感。味增煮牛舌唔好睇小呢一碟牛舌,份量真係好多啊!除咗牛舌,入邊仲有白蘿蔔,蘿蔔煮得好淋好入味,牛舌一啲都唔騷,口感都煮得好淋。鹽燒黑豚腩雖然叫做黑豚腩,但係腩位食落一啲肥豬肉嘅味道都冇。因為腩肉已經燒得好香脆,越咬越香,用鹽燒味道一流!日本番薯拼南瓜天婦羅呢個天婦羅,真係炸得好好。喺出面嘅餐廳,炸得唔好,會有浸油益味,呢度完全冇,口感仲非常香脆,外脆內軟,保留埋入面番薯同南瓜嘅味道。呢餐真係好好味呀,物有所值!朋友冇介紹錯,下次我要再嚟試其他唔同食物! continue reading

由於太耐冇食過好嘢,今日比一個朋友介紹之下,帶咗我黎呢間好似都幾出名,餐廳火熱度都幾高嘅日本餐廳食晚飯呢間餐廳位於厚福街,之前都嚟過呢幢大廈其他餐廳食飯,都知道呢度啲餐廳嘅面積比較細小,所以對於餐廳嘅環境,都冇好大嘅期望上到嚟,門面都清晰乾淨,一睇就知係呢間餐廳啦安排入座之後被安排到坐喺 bar 枱前,有少少 Omakasa 咁嘅感覺,成件事好似都幾高級咁喎,我望到嘅就係師傅面前好新鮮嘅食材,所以感覺都幾唔錯由於時間關係,我已經揀好咗食物啦!首先嚟嘅有日本真蠔,我叫左我同朋友一人一隻,大家淨係睇個賣相都知道不得了!雖然佢個價錢講緊係 $78 一隻,不過如果以廣島號來講,價錢係差唔多,而且大家可以睇到佢嘅賣相,大家可以見到佢,有幾大隻!佢係真係好大隻㗎,有成隻手板咁大,而且無論望落,定係食落,都係咁有質感,口感非常 Creamy 好實在,完全冇腥味異味,成隻蠔入侵晒你成個口腔,確實係冇得頂第一款刺身我哋叫咗呢個銀雪魚刺身,由於比較少食,所以好想試吓佢,佢係日本空運直送到香港,大家可以見到佢係厚切嘅,而且味道好鮮,食落口感幾豐富,感覺似吞拿魚,但係又比較實在,都係一款幾唔錯嘅刺身第二款刺身我就叫咗呢一款,佢係針魚,而且係特大型黎,我覺得嚟得呢一啲正宗日本餐廳,冇理由叫一啲普通嘅刺身嘅,呢一款就確實係比較新鮮,因為唔多地方有,而且係比較不平凡的,所以佢成個擺盤都非常靚仔呢隻魚,食落非常爽口,而且帶有魚嘅鮮味,佢係一條細嘅魚種,雖然已經叫咗特大,其實佢嘅份量唔算好多,但係就會令你有種愛不釋手嘅感覺,因為口感又爽又滑,所以絕對係貴得有道理呢個係清酒煮蜆,相信大家喺日本餐廳都會成日見到,呢度就做得非常出色,因為酒味夠重,而且蜆中粒粒都有肉,份量都算多,不過底部有啲大蘿蔔喺度頂住,又唔係全部都係蜆嚟嘅大家可以見到粒蜆肉有幾咁 Juicy 有質感!新鮮得來,仲要每一粒都係咁,雖然佢個湯,味道比較重於七味粉,不過整體來講都真係好OK最後就有呢一碟 A5鹿兒島和牛串 及 鹽燒白鱔,如果以串燒來講都真係幾高質,兩款串燒都好好食,如果有飲酒嘅話,特別係清酒,就真係一流啦咁樣影,成個賣相都好好,A5鹿兒島和牛串 非常有口感,味道調校得好好,食落口,非常爽口彈牙,果然係靚牛!鹽燒白鱔 都好唔錯,餐廳揀咗係冇乜骨嘅位置部份,所以食落一啲都唔麻煩,而且同樣都係,肉質都好新鮮,所以食落同樣都係爽口彈牙,同樣都係幾出色整體來講,雖然呢間餐廳環境唔係值得加分嘅地方,但係食物質素來講,絕對唔錯,而且性價比都算高,服務都唔錯,所以大家都值得一試㗎 continue reading

日本A5和牛刺身丼 $398 第一次食和牛刺身,賣相好靚,油脂分佈都幾平均,好似啱啱解凍肥牛咁,食落係凍凍地,有少少嚼勁,牛味唔算好濃,但係幾特別。丼飯係啡色既,唔知係咪加左醬油既壽司飯,唔係好食得出個分別。甲羅燒 $98 蟹膏加半熟蛋,撈匀配脆卜卜烘多士好正!如果撈飯應該更加正!哈特上十貫目 $348 十件壽司有海膽,拖羅,帶子各一,其他七件係師傅拍板,唔係好知係咩魚,但都好食既。見到師傅逐件手握壽司,感覺幾治愈(係咪有啲變態...)鮨一沙律 $128 好食!每啖都食到粒粒海鮮,有三文魚,八爪魚同油甘魚,個蕃茄好鮮甜,撈匀蟹籽同沙律醬微微帶酸好開胃!鹽燒油甘魚鮫 $98 皮脆肉嫩,無三文魚餃咁油,唔錯。免治雞肉 $35 好食,入面有雞軟骨,口感豐富,點蛋食真係好正!煙肉荔枝卷 $28 呢仲配搭又係好正,荔枝又甜又多汁,中和返煙肉既肥膩。鹽燒牛脷 $38 好食,少少嚼勁但唔係韌到咬唔開,黑椒味幾濃。大蔥雞肉 $28 無咩特別,醬味濃,雞肉嫩滑,大蔥唔太乾身。梅酒 $58 本身我就唔大興趣飲酒,生日高興就飲少少啦,呢杯梅酒又好易入口,幾香醇。不過睇粒梅個質感應該浸左唔係好多年。餐廳食物質素幾高,但價錢都好高!多謝友人請食生日飯。 continue reading
