To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🌟6款壽司
六款壽司有靜岡縣金木雕壽司、北寄貝壽司、樟目魚壽司、長崎縣鯖魚壽司、兵庫縣真蠔壽司、海膽壽司。其中鯖魚用火燒過,逼出油香味😍。海膽壽司係雙海膽,白海膽海水鮮味重🤩,馬糞海膽就好creamy🤤。師傅準備北寄貝壽司時,特登用手拍令肉質即時收縮,好新鮮👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

🌟甜品
自家抹茶奶凍,之前聽過係餐廳嘅招牌甜品。宜家食完,果然有驚喜!面有日本黑豆,抹茶唔太甜,配埋奶凍一齊食,剛剛好😍
