To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 雖然元朗好遠, 但出名多好嘢食, 上次黎完食一次魚一之後,今次又再黎食!魚一在這區算是小有名氣,平日都要等位, 好好彩我哋嗰日去唔洗幾耐就有枱。 一坐低,店員就送上茶水。普通的日式料理店大多都是味道極淡的綠茶, 但是這間卻用了玄米茶,飲落去令人好舒服和解膩。餐牌由於有四個人,仲要有個大食鬼,我哋點咗半磅三文魚魚腩刺身一齊食。 三文魚好新鮮,每一塊都好厚身和好大件,雖然厚,但食落都有入口即溶既感覺,而且都無冰鮮味道, 啖啖滿足。自選丼飯份量不算大,但勝在可以自由配搭上食材。 我哋叫咗一份大拖羅配搭三文魚子和有頭甘蝦,4個人分著吃剛剛好,還可以有胃口吃其他東西。三文魚子份量多而且每顆都很大,甘蝦清甜,拖羅油份重,這樣的配搭真不錯!最重要仲要係,食材每份都好新鮮,其實刺身/壽司最忌就係有冰鮮味,好欣賞呢間餐廳既所有食材都唔會帶有冰鮮味,食落無論口感、味道都好正。我哋點咗好多壽司, 但特別推薦火炙壽司,尤其是左口魚! 火燒過的左口魚,油份都跑出來,入口即溶,滿口都是魚油的甘香。 另外值得推薦的仲有池魚王! 可以吃到池魚本來的甜味,朋友見到都爭住話要食! 吞拿魚魚腩小卷都很不錯, 因為師傅加咗少

吞拿魚魚腩小卷都很不錯, 因為師傅加咗少少蔥和芝麻,所以好香口~

燒烤方面,我哋叫咗牛柳粒和牛脷。牛柳粒用大量蒜炒香,用鐵板上枱,未食就已經聞到陣陣香味。
不用多久,牛柳粒已經被吃了一半,另一個朋友連蒜都吃掉!

本以為牛脷會燒得比較硬,但咬落去卻發現原來軟軟的,連不吃牛脷的朋友都吃了一塊,話好味!

蕎麥麵係我哋呢餐的尾聲菜色(其實個個人都飽啦,差大胃王未飽)
麵條軟硬度剛剛好而醬汁清新, 可以解掉剛才的燒烤味,
更重要的是可以解決朋友的肚子!
準備要黎第三次啦!
