Restaurant: Little Fish (Kam Ma Building)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近天氣凍冰冰,最岩就係雞煲烤魚!係尖沙咀簡左呢間厚福街附近既小魚兒!黃金特濃蒜香豆花烤魚簡左海爐魚,因為海鱸魚的卡路里及脂肪含量低!而且肉質鮮甜嫩滑!條魚係原條開背海鱸魚,魚肉一夾就可以成塊魚柳起出黎,食起上黎好方便!底下仲有好多闊薯粉,口感煙韌!而且用左好多蒜,岩哂鐘意蒜味既朋友!匙仁香港好少地方有得食匙仁!匙仁是指牛肩胛骨上面托著的一塊嫩肉的中心部分,位於脖仁下方的部位,接近肋骨,因為連著脖子,筋肉結實,肉中間穿插著細筋,脂肪含量較脖仁更高,可謂是嫩上加嫩,肉質極為柔嫩甜美。
