To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢日做吓孝順仔,放低咗兩個小朋友,帶埋長老們去尖沙咀搵嘢食。長老們愛食辣嘢,就同佢哋去小魚兒食川菜,其實好好食,佢哋實鍾意。呢度裝修都幾格調,牆上有魚形圖案、魚型霓虹燈,部分座位係黑色梳化,坐得好舒服。餐廳仲可以睇電視,有球賽嘅時候應該會好吸引!老壇酸菜豆花海鱸魚:鱸魚好鮮好嫩滑,蕃薯粉好煙勒,生菜同腐皮浸咗酸菜汁原來好好食😋,我哋叫咗小辣,加埋酸菜,成道菜酸酸辣辣好開胃,正!椒鹽豆腐:椒鹽豆腐外脆內軟,出面嘅調味粉調味剛剛好,內裏的豆腐十分香滑,非常美味! continue reading
