有時候兩個麻甩佬,一齊去食飯,可以豪氣一啲,比如碟餸可以大大盤,飲品可以大大份。辣度可以大大辣。咁先夠過癮。 🍖叫咗條烤魚,系海鱸魚嚟嘅,肉質結實,但亦都不乏滑嫩,唔會太多骨,啖啖肉,而且鱗片亦都批得好乾淨,所以好容易入口。叫咗大辣,就可以感受到越食越過癮嘅滋味。開頭食嘅時候,香料仲未完全滲入材料,梗系小兒科。呢個時候最啱食嗰啲配菜,比如皇帝菜,木耳咁。去到後尾越嚟越入味,鐘意食辣嘅人即係我就會大叫好玩,唔太受到嘅,最好一開始就唔舉白旗要小辣。如果唔係,呢個時候另外嘅配菜,豆腐同埋菠蘿就最可以幫到手。豆腐密度高,所以辣汁唔容易滲入,菠蘿嘅香甜味就絕對系解辣嘅好幫手。 🍖當然提升到享受辣味嘅最好配搭就梗系啤酒啦。而我哋更加系叫咗啤酒塔,食咗一啖辣,飲翻一啖酒,成件事鋸曬。 今晚我哋man足一晚! continue reading
