To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同事報名參加一個活動在尖沙咀,因天氣惡劣主辦方延遲開始,有時間決定食好啲,尖沙咀金馬倫道一間主攻烤魚雞煲嘅火鍋店,一於慢慢享受。藥膳花雕醉雞(半隻)半隻雞一大碟,份量超足料,用花雕酒浸雞加薑片及杞子,加入藥材湯中,店員會幫助計時,提示最佳食用時間,好香藥材味道,酒味及藥材味道非常適中,唔存在過於濃烈味道,雞肉嫩滑有彈性。鳳城水餃係傳統原味道,有蝦仁豬肉,加入木耳增添口感。韭菜水餃係豬肉韭菜餡料,好香韭菜風味。牛丸拼香菇丸,兩者都彈牙有肉味,肉汁豐富,特別推介牛丸超好食。炸響鈴一份有八條都幾多,豆味濃郁浸一浸吸收藥膳雞湯好好味。圓薯粉入口煙煙韌韌又夠滑溜。田園蔬菜拼盤,蔬菜最緊要新鮮,有金菇、娃娃菜、唐生菜、油麥菜,新鮮爽脆無得彈。

尖沙咀美食林立,在尖沙咀想食雞煲就搵咗一間幾出名既小魚兒藥膳花雕醉雞煲雞肉非常入味,但有少少酒香,半隻新鮮雞掉咗落去,煲8分鐘就食得,如果太耐雞肉就會變得過熟,所以職員提示我們8分鐘就要食啦,果然肉質仲係好嫩滑!加埋個鳳城水餃同埋稻庭烏冬已經好夠飽,仲有好多嘢食想叫不過真係眼闊肚窄,叫埋啲小食就夠啦!椒鹽魷魚鬚🦑呢度嘅小食都好出色,即叫即炸十分鬆脆鮮味!鹽燒封門柳牛肉比較少脂肪,肉質有口感,而且牛肉味香濃,簡單用鹽燒就已經好好食!燒茄子🍆茄子有大量蒜蓉,細火慢烤,惹味非常!草莓荔枝梳打味道正常,好夠氣!今次食完雞煲,下次想試吓食烤魚,見好多人都叫

之前同朋友黎過呢間烤魚雞煲專門店食烤魚,味道有驚喜,另外佢地仲有唔同烤串食,大滿足! 餐廳闊落,坐得舒服,店員服務都好好,值得一試今次再訪見倒佢地有個藥膳花雕醉雞好似好吸引,一於叫黎試下藥膳花雕醉雞(半隻)湯底本身係奶白色,店員會幫手落新鮮雞肉,等8分鐘就食得!滿滿精華變成好吸引嘅金黃色,雞肉鮮嫩,湯底濃郁,可以飲幾啖湯先!黃金組合(金針菇,土豆,蓮藕,海帶)鐘意食素菜既朋友不能錯過,另外佢地亦有好多火鍋配料選擇豆花滑溜溜吸曬湯汁大滿足椒鹽鴨血椒鹽豆腐食得多,估唔倒椒鹽鴨血又幾好食,外皮香脆,鴨血嫩滑,可以沾上醬汁一齊食更香口草莓荔枝梳打青檸梳打叫左兩杯梳打清新解膩,酸酸甜甜好開胃燒茄子另外佢地仲有BBQ燒烤食,茄子軟嫩多汁,面頭鋪上蒜蓉香口惹味
