To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 東南亞菜系我個人黎講都幾喜歡,因為我比較鐘意食啲惹味既野係openrice見到呢間食評唔錯,又係cwb咁方便,於是約左朋友黎試一試兩個女仔食唔到好多 總共叫左半打白鱔串燒、燒雞班蘭尖塔飯同印尼四大天王一齊share飲品就叫左珍多冰同香茅可樂平時食白鱔都係蒸 但原來燒白鱔係咁好食架!肉質夠爽口彈牙而且鮮味,燒完都仲係好多汁 配埋個特製汁真係超惹味燒雞班蘭尖塔飯第一次食班蘭飯,好上色但其實同普通飯一樣,唔驚會有奇怪味 而且幾得意造型又幾特別!烤雞好大隻,雞皮香脆,肉質鮮嫩好juicy,點埋辣汁食100分印尼四大天王 其實係四款餸 分別係:巴東牛肉、班蘭雞、辣蕃茄沙甸魚同花生醬沙律雖然係必食推介 不過就覺得普通左少少 可能係有比較啦 相比之下會更喜歡食燒雞尖塔飯珍多冰不過不失,我覺得太甜反而香茅可樂幾特別,連唔係太好香茅味嘅小編都覺得唔錯!

平時食白鱔都係蒸 但原來燒白鱔係咁好食架!
肉質夠爽口彈牙而且鮮味,燒完都仲係好多汁 配埋個特製汁真係超惹味
