To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次去左旺記冰室,知道灣仔有一間幾出名,但今次試既就係尖沙咀個間. 第一次去,以為好難揾,本身自己都係路痴一名, 但真正去既時候就好易搵到. 入咗內街直行到尾就係啦. 個條街都好多食肆 ,都非常熱鬧. 入到去餐廳唔算好大, 但都坐滿. 由於我一個人嚟食所以我同其他人答咗一張四人枱.今次揀既食物係鮮忌廉雞湯鮑魚火腿絲通粉,佢係一個餐咁叫,所以佢會連埋一個焗多士同滑蛋.其實個通粉都尚算唔錯, 通粉裏有幾條嘅鮑魚絲,吾算多但以咁既價錢算合理. 炒蛋係用4.3牛奶做嘅, 所以食落感覺好滑,我本身吾太肚餓,其他野都食吾哂, 但黎個真忍唔住食曬. 佢個多士溫度都啱啱好,脆脆地都好食. 整體黎講,我覺得成個環境都比一般茶餐廳好食,同埋佢上菜速度快,非常適合上班族可能朝早黎食個快早餐或者下午食個下午茶.
