To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 行過尖沙咀海防道,見到個易拉架宣傳新餐廳。橫掂我一個人諗住快食,冰室都好適合,於是就跟o左指示搵下o係邊。其實都唔使點搵,就是穿過「秘道」,一出亞士厘道即刻第一間就係了。門口有兩張notice,表示餐廳處於試業階段,品質唔好請見諒,並list o左營業時間,似乎暫時唔做晚市住。我兩點o黎到,都叫做過o左peak hours 應該,但係間o野試業都咁多人幫襯,要等位添,點會品質唔好……咪講笑啦~忌廉雞湯公仔麵係頭先個易拉架sell o既三樣美食之一,然後坐低o左d 玻璃檯都一再推介呢樣係好食,好啦就試下你啦!叫o左一個鮮忌廉雞湯鮑魚火腿絲通粉午餐($46 免加一),另外又係因為d 玻璃檯o既推介,upgrade o左跟餐烘麥包多士去鮮牛油煉奶豬仔包(加$5)。奶油豬先到,外面烘到鬆脆而裡面個芯仲keep 到軟熟,少少燶燶地o既氣息,混和住因為熱力而溶化o既牛油o既甘香;食落,再多種甜甜的味道,$5 實在太抵加了!滑蛋聲稱係日本蛋而且仲用上4.3 牛乳去炒,蛋味比一般茶餐廳食到o既濃郁好多倍,真係唔講得笑,兩樣o野都堅好食!個麵呢我改o左配出前一丁,因為改公仔麵又係加$4,出前一丁又係加$

個麵呢我改o左配出前一丁,因為改公仔麵又係加$4,出前一丁又係加$4,咁梗係要出前一丁。湯底飲得出係真正雞湯,碗邊蓋住雞油o既油花,再因為加o左忌廉,令到個湯變得少少奶白色,更加濃厚o既texture。果然係推介菜式~ 一開始姐姐見我叫出前一丁,當係俾多個選擇問過我想唔想要番包麵自己d 湯粉,好在無改咋……

餐飲我一睇menu 已被佢o既「忌廉即磨咖啡」吸引住,呢個已經算係最cheap,唔使加錢,想再飲好d o既仲可叫薑汁奶茶或者愛爾蘭咖啡等等。係幾唔錯o既,而且佢仲有得叫大杯d (加$3),天氣暑熱,當然叫杯大o既,透心涼呀!
