To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 港島區的餐廳格價一向偏高早前難得去了間CP值高的餐廳~這裡提供烤魚/雞煲/肉骨茶/胡椒豬肚雞煲放題午市$88一位,晚市$128一位可無限追加肥牛/丸類/香腸/蔬菜/等配料啤酒/汽水/紙包飲品亦是任飲價錢非常吸引!🤩🔹渝翁招牌豆花烤魚想到餐廳的名字有「魚」所以這次選擇吃烤魚放題🐟這款豆花烤魚可以選擇辣度/無辣🌶亦可加錢換成新鮮魚我們選擇了新鮮的凌波魚(小辣)湯底香濃惹味,辣得過癮🌶🔥魚的size好大,有我半隻手臂咁長😆被煎香過才放入鍋中煮雖然辣湯濃郁,但掩蓋不了魚的鮮甜味魚骨較少,肉的口感亦嫩滑✨即使長期開火煮,肉質亦也不易老新鮮魚果然與眾不同~可惜我們胃口不大,配料只吃了蔬菜無法試其他食物(烤魚本身的份量好多😆)配料這麼多,相信胃口大的朋友也絕對夠吃😋總括來說,以銅鑼灣鬧市來說這個價錢/質素來說絕對收貨🙌🏻

這款豆花烤魚可以選擇辣度/無辣🌶
亦可加錢換成新鮮魚
我們選擇了新鮮的凌波魚(小辣)

湯底香濃惹味,辣得過癮🌶🔥
魚的size好大,有我半隻手臂咁長😆
被煎香過才放入鍋中煮
雖然辣湯濃郁,但掩蓋不了魚的鮮甜味
魚骨較少,肉的口感亦嫩滑✨
即使長期開火煮,肉質亦也不易老
新鮮魚果然與眾不同~

可惜我們胃口不大,配料只吃了蔬菜
無法試其他食物(烤魚本身的份量好多😆)
配料這麼多,相信胃口大的朋友也絕對夠吃😋

總括來說,以銅鑼灣鬧市來說
這個價錢/質素來說絕對收貨🙌🏻
