To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聽朋友介紹話呢間好食就來試下，酸菜魚果然有驚喜😋 湯底嘅酸辣味道啱啱好、魚又鮮又滑，加埋裡面入晒味嘅芽菜、萵筍同寬粉，兩個人食已經好滿足👍🏻👍🏻 我見 menu 有分大細鍋，如果人多可以要大鍋。之後我地加左嫰牛、滷水牛舌同娃娃菜打邊爐，嫰牛真係好嫰！肉味亦濃；牛舌滷得相當入味👍🏻食酸菜魚最後梗係要嗌返個黑糖糍粑做甜品啦😋裡面煙韌得來外層好鬆脆，味道又唔會調較得太甜👍🏻環境坐得好舒服，店員服務亦好細心，只係冷氣通風好強勁，最好帶件外套😆
