打邊爐就無分四季,但盡量每次都去啲唔同嘅火鍋店,俾啲新鮮感自己。是日約左個朋友食晚飯,佢仲介紹左個新朋友俾我地認識,可能大家都鐘意食,特別好傾,期待下次再一齊去搵食。我地揀左位於灣仔帝盛酒店嘅圃公館,啱啱就喺灣仔銅鑼灣中間,我地落左車都行左一陣先黎到。餐廳環境係中式格局,以圓枱為主,感覺好光猛企理。餐牌既供應火鍋,亦有小菜,不過我地為火鍋而來,就唔多睇有咩小菜食。平日晚上,以呢個位置而言,都有比我想像中多嘅客人,穩陣啲就最好預約啦。醬料:火鍋湯底有基本、傳統嘅豬骨、麻辣等,亦有藥膳雞、海鮮、酸菜魚鍋等,定價$148-368。配料有海鮮、牛、豬、雞、羊、丸、餃、滑、蔬菜、麵食等,選擇多樣,定價中上。不過好老實講,而家好多餐廳打個邊爐都唔平,而家人均三、四百蚊,環境就得體啲。蝦兵蟹將鍋 $288平時冇乜幾何會揀海鮮湯底,唔係太捨得,但今日見呢個鍋幾吸引,價錢唔算貴,加上有幾個人分享,又試一試。上枱以類似乾鍋形式,一鍋兩食,先食鍋底,再加湯打邊爐。鍋底豐富,有蟹、蝦、青口、大花甲等配料,每人都試到啲。雖然蟹就唔算好大隻,但都有啲肉食下。仲有埋花甲,新鮮乾淨冇沙,啖啖肉;蝦就幾隻,都相當新鮮。

鍋底豐富,有蟹、蝦、青口、大花甲等配料,每人都試到啲。雖然蟹就唔算好大隻,但都有啲肉食下。
仲有埋花甲,新鮮乾淨冇沙,啖啖肉;蝦就幾隻,都相當新鮮。少量大隻青口,配呢個花椒、花生粒,木耳、辣椒煮起。
非常惹味,有少少雞煲fu。一開頭唔會太辣,到燜煮到咁上下就會辣啲,更過癮

整體而言,圃公館環境唔錯,服務方面我都俾好高分,店員一路留意著需唔需要換碟、加茶、加湯,種種細節都令我印象很好。
當然啦,如果食啲靚料就點都要付出嘅,我地點啲唔係好貴嘅野,人均四百蚊,很可以啊!
