國內品牌湘舍壹號,主打高級湘菜,係灣仔華美粵海酒店開咗香港第一間分店。湖南菜即湘菜大多走親民路線,擺盤和味道較單調,走高級路線的確罕有。貴為一級商務食府,裝修餐具擺設都好講究。入咗酒先送一盒紅薯脆片做小食。見佢個二人商務套餐都係三百幾蚊。價格合理。前菜、主菜、小菜、蔬菜都有幾款可以選擇。佢有個湯筒子骨燉湖藕,用上湖北蓮藕,慢火細燉。湯濃而味道清澈,先俾我一睹師傅嘅工藝。因為怕辣,拆骨肉荷包蛋、砂鍋虎皮豆腐都揀咗少辣。果然味道風格同其他菜系好唔同。重點係香和辣,辣椒種類繁多,辣中帶香,口味多變,不是一味死辣。菜式不會打芡,煮至自然收汁,保留原汁原味。清炒椰菜都火候十足。主食就叫咗個小米青稞餅。味道幾清新,可以同啲主菜有一個對比。成餐整體感覺幾好,服務亦都周到。安排幾多個二人卡座都有一喲私隱,你講啱晒過嚟傾吓生意。
