To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 座位寬敞,坐得很舒服,環境碗碟都很乾淨,上菜速度也快,食至中途還會有侍應主動換碟,有禮貌,感覺很舒適~北菇棉花雞~(魚肚)棉花很厚有質感,雖放到雞件底下,但完全沒有肥膩感,而雞肉方面,也完全沒有騷味或雪藏味,性價比高~蜜汁燒雞翼~蜜汁很香甜及份量足,是純正蜂蜜來的,雞翼上枱時熱點很高,很嫩滑及剛剛熟~鮮菇雞球粥~粥底很棉很密,材料也很多~潮式煎韭菜粿~韭菜餡料非常之滿溢,很惹味,外皮煙韌而表面香脆,餐前小食一流~
