我諗好多香港人都同我一樣勁鐘意打邊爐🍲,基本上我一年四季都會打邊爐🍲,平均一個月最少會有一至兩次打邊爐🍲,我近期最愛去就係「牛大人」,佢真係好爆架,想食嘅朋友起碼要最少預兩星期前去book呀。湯底我就算左「台中蒜雞鍋,湯底清甜,而果湯底一啲都唔會好多油。而肉方面我就算左最貴嘅「澳洲極上和牛」內有牛板鍵,SRF嘅牛肉啦,重封門柳。我平時都會成日訂牛肉,所以呢啲牛肉平時我訂回來都幾貴架,而家可以一次過食晒呢啲牛肉部位,大滿足。我最愛佢每枱都會送給客人嘅四粒和牛牛丸,好爽口又勁重牛味👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻。同埋大家嚟到要試下新小食糖醋甜不辣及而家like “牛大人” 社交平台 即送你「金鑽愛玉冰」一杯。
