最喜歡吃潮州菜的鹵水拼盤,點菜時侍應提醒我們只要點餐夠三百元,就可加八元換購,份量大大碟,十分抵食,另外明記潮館其他小菜及湯亦非常不錯。❤️家鄉鹹菜豬肚湯豬肚湯用鍋上,材料十足,除了鹹菜及豬肚外,亦有豬粉腸,分量十足,四至六人分享亦足夠。剛上枱時熱騰騰,鹹菜的鹹香味道與胡椒辣味幾匹配,豬肚及豬腸煮得入味夠腍身,而且處理乾淨,沒有怪味,味道很不錯。❤️黃金鮮魷炸魷魚再用鹹蛋黃炒雖然邪惡但非常 好食,滋味十足。蛋黃醬炒得均勻,能平均佈滿在每一片鮮魷上,魷魚亦炸得出色,外皮仍然帶有脆口口感,內裏質感爽彈,令人忍不住食完一塊又一塊,非常推介。❤️蠔仔粥潮州粥的米粒較為硬身有口感,感覺更似湯飯。蠔仔分量多,粒粒飽滿味道鮮甜,處理得宜沒有異味。另外上面鋪滿香蔥、莞茜及鹹魚片,再灑上少少胡椒粉,更能突出蠔仔粥鮮味。❤️鹵水拼盤用八蚊就可以換購鹵水拼盤實在非常抵食,雖則是換購,但絕不欺場,用料豐富,鹵水小食包羅萬有,包括:墨魚、鵝腸、豬腩肉、芽菜、紅腸,豬耳等,滷水味道不會過鹹,反而帶有少少甜味而且香氣撲鼻,再點上白醋,少少酸辣味刺激味蕾,令味道再增添層次。
