今日好開心同我屋企人去咗上環附近嘅一間日本餐廳食廚師發辦，呢一間餐廳識咗之後一定要推介俾朋友，因為佢哋嘅質素一流，彷彿置身於日本一樣，環境衛生清潔優美，所以一定要試吓，餐廳又知三日赤柱處處理，有擺盤到食物都係非常之有水準，餐廳裏面已經到田園風格為主，彩光到十足，可以近距離睇到師傅嘅手勢，已經係物超所值啊，而且呢度嘅食物都係好高質素，例如蕃茄裏面有松葉蟹肉啫喱再加一條蟹肉配襯，北海道白海膽同魚子醬蟹肉啫喱配襯下，食落去酸酸地，真係好開胃，而且佢啲甜品有好清甜嘅蜜瓜，加埋焦糖燉蛋，真係好好食呀，仲有佢哋嘅赤身中拖羅，魷魚壽司，我丹霞壽司，總共有八個壽司，仲有龍蝦肉，蝦頭蝦醬蛋黃真貨赤膽紫蘇花配搭，真係頂呱呱
