To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見食評唔錯,總要一試。環境及服務當然好,話哂高級食府,但食午市又坐近窗的話就確係熱。在二人限聚令的情況下仍然安排到四人枱加夾板,算係咁。年輕店小二車輪轉般上菜收碟。服務速度可以。但食物款式真係好少,點會飲茶無叉燒包,糯米雞?最貴的應該係蝦餃燒賣,炒麵飯都係廉價食物,星洲炒米,干炒牛河。上碟時賣相有如街邊攤檔夾一兜麵比客一樣,需則食物味道尚可,但在限時的情況下,加上廉價食物,賣相地道,真心唔值得!不推薦。
