To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 左口魚平時食開火炙,原來刺身仲正!帶子同甜蝦都好鮮甜,壽司size細細舊,令人唔會太飽,可以再食多一輪!第二輪我地追加左呢啲:

我地見佢個飲品list幾吸引所以要左free flow package ($168 per head) 白酒好出色,配埋魚生超嘆!

最後就有面豉湯同埋黑糖櫻花雪糕,飽到暈!埋單大約$900一個人,係咁優雅既環境食到任食高質壽司同埋任飲清酒白酒啤酒紅酒,我覺得值得!
