To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去愉景灣玩,當然要試佢嘅《牡丹軒》嘅精緻中菜啦! 呢間係上年年尾先開業,餐廳裝潢優雅時尚,仲係曾任米芝蓮星級食府的主廚主理。今次我地午餐去點幾款小菜同點心,簡單嘅菜式更加試得出佢嘅功架! 特別係果個 《手袋千絲酥》 絕對係鬆、酥、脆,但一點都不油膩! 食過返尋味😋😋😋😋而樣貌似普通家常菜嘅 《瑤柱蝦乾浸勝瓜》 睇個樣似好清淡, 但食落勝瓜非常清甜! 而配合瑤柱同埋蝦乾嘅鹹香, 實在非常鮮甜入味,平時唔多食勝瓜嘅我都一口接一口。 就連母親大人都大讚好味😋

而樣貌似普通家常菜嘅 《瑤柱蝦乾浸勝瓜》
睇個樣似好清淡, 但食落勝瓜非常清甜!
而配合瑤柱同埋蝦乾嘅鹹香, 實在非常鮮甜入味,
平時唔多食勝瓜嘅我都一口接一口。

就連母親大人都大讚好味😋
