To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 說來話長,其實都有成半年 乜點樣出過街,難得而家個可以出下街抖下。同埋都聽到電視新聞話啲食肆開始有返生意,噉我相信我哋呢班最鍾意食同最愛食嘢嘅人開始受惠了,系時候應該出動喇,二話不說,去返一間好懷念好想去嘅印尼餐廳先。門口有特色嘅小食同糧油雜貨擺喺度。令大家好註意到這間店。但係有時如果你唔覺嘅可能以為呢一家係一家士多。入到去所有職員都同你打個招呼又親切嘅笑容。正正係好懷念我上一次食嘢嘅體驗。到而家都知道真係好無微不至。睇一睇佢哋嘅裝修格局略為修整個。多咗好多帳篷。而家會講究衛生嘅餐廳真係唔多,而家餐廳會做足呢個措施。去分隔兩張枱之間嘅食客同距離。相信衛生一定好好,亦都好尊重返香港嘅環境。佢係一個加分嘅表現抵我再返頭的。坐低後親善嘅職員過嚟介紹佢哋嘅主要食品佢哋匿埋餐牌過嚟逐一介紹,煮菜小食同埋佢哋特色嘅招牌套飯。職員介紹我哋可以食雞髀椰漿飯啲飯係撈咗椰漿。但係會有小小Spicy。另外會有一隻大大雞比好得意好美味都好有印尼風味嘅配料。生菜青瓜番茄呢啲唔少得嘅印尼地道配菜。另外椰漿飯上面仲配左小小薑嘅成分,仲有個類似係芋頭花生糕仲有豆腐一尊。用一個籃仔上菜賣相非常之有特色食落去格外有風味。

門口有特色嘅小食同糧油雜貨擺喺度。令大家好註意到這間店。但係有時如果你唔覺嘅可能以為呢一家係一家士多。

Nasi Liwet Paha Ayam 雞牌椰漿飯

至於我HONEY就食左個炸碎雞花膠湯粉皮。呢個名非常之特別嘅組合。其實即係炸雞嘅花膠湯粉皮,炸雞係值得一讚。因為佢哋嘅皮非常之薄而佢哋嘅肉系應該秘制過來的並且係非常之新鮮,仲會扣住肉汁仲有小小胡椒鹽嘅味道。相信佢哋用咗好特別嘅配料。炸嘅過程應該唔會炸好耐但令到佢完全均勻地熟之外亦都唔會講心非常之彈牙有咬口JUICY。

Mie Ayam Geprek Kuah Perut Ikan 炸碎難花膠湯粉皮


花膠湯唔油非常之好味容易入口。同時亦都感覺到啖啖新鮮嘅花膠溶入個口,所以這碗麵最強嘅食法就係食完麵之後必須要飲曬啲湯先至叫做合格同尊重佢哋。佢哋嘅印尼粉皮好得意大大塊。好似我哋嘅河粉但係佢哋非常之嫩口之餘。仲好似一塊拉長咗嘅布噉樣,基本上唔使點咬。記得係用啜嘅方式入口咁樣會係最標準。



當然我哋唔會就噉嗌兩個main 。點都要嗌d小食嘅。噉我哋選擇所成立馬拉盞炒通菜。基本上夏天能夠食到好味嘅通菜的確唔簡單。另外就發現佢哋嘅通菜非常翠綠,同埋爽口職員表示炒通菜係會有啲辣嘅。如果食唔到辣嘅朋友可以減。當然我哋小小喇都食到所以,我哋比佢滿分。同埋佢哋嘅馬拉盞似乎係真係印尼過嚟。因為香港好似都食唔到類似嘅味道。

Oseng Kangkung Terasi 石栗馬拉著炒通菜



當然有食就有飲。飲呢個部分我哋嗌咗一杯珍多冰同涼粉冰。
先講珍多冰啊。珍多冰係有椰汁味啦。仲有好好味嘅啫哩條。最緊要飲嘅時候要搞勻個底。因為同將會喺底撈勻之後成杯飲品,凍得嚟又甜你會大啖大啖飲落去你感覺到完全係幸福嘅味道。

涼粉冰。平時我哋食得多平時都係食正方形。但係而家佢哋嘅梁粉整成條狀好似一箸麵噉可以啜入口同樣佢哋嘅汁,非常之同涼粉配得啱啱好所以呢個涼粉冰絕對係夠濃口。夠可口。坊間係飲唔到嘅。

其實喺銅鑼灣呢啲咁高檔嘅地方可以用一個咁好嘅價錢去食一餐咁豐富咁美味咁多元化嘅,食物真係唔簡單所以斑斕葉餐廳真係造福市民造福人群。

雖然都食到好飽喇。但係我哋都不忘食佢嘅斑蘭蛋糕。所以我哋臨走嘅時候都嗌咗兩件外賣搦走返到去都仲有,餐廳嘅味道所以既懷緬又有回憶非常之幸福能夠喺呢個時候仲有咁好嘅享受真係感恩。

##下次我想打大佬, 食龍蝦餐! 試下都好!
