To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 燉湯 - 將材料所有嘅味道都迫左出嚟係個湯嘅精華裏面
包 叉燒 - 暖粒粒有彈性嘅包 配合甜而不流嘅叉燒 兩個截然不同嘅口感 實在非常好食
合桃糊 - 好足料好幼滑好香濃
仲有好幾道菜 係非筆墨所能形容幾好味呀


知道疫情嘅關係 生意少咗好多 希望呢一間小店都可以屹立不倒 捱過呢一關
