幾年前去過Sabatini總店, 印象不太深刻, 今次試試香港呢間, 佢個Set Lunch非常唔錯. 好抵食. 環境又warm又cosy, 服務亦無懈可擊!雖然明知會好飽, 但都要了4 Courses:1) 麵包:非常好味, 最喜歡就係個sun-dried tomato facaccia, 好有香草味, 又夠軟熟.2) 飲品:要左Chardonnay, Lungarotti 2006, 飲飲下竟然飲左3杯, 有d肉赤 @@3) Antipasti:係自助的, 非常多野食, 有成差唔多20款, 款款精緻.4) Pasta: Risotto with Prawns and Zucchini - 個飯非常鮮味, 聽大廚Luca講個湯底係用幾款特別的魚熬製的, 唔怪得咁鮮濃. 飯亦粒粒飽滿, 夠哂Al dente, 總之就超好食! 最驚喜係食食下Luca無啦啦走出來放左舊野嚮我個飯上面係咁磨, 我起初以為係芝士啦, 原來係白松露來的 (哥陣正值White Truffle當造期), Luca話係佢送的Compliment, 我咁大個女第一次食白松露咋, 開心到爆呀! 5) Main Cou

雖然明知會好飽, 但都要了4 Courses:

1) 麵包:

非常好味, 最喜歡就係個sun-dried tomato facaccia, 好有香草味, 又夠軟熟.

2) 飲品:

要左Chardonnay, Lungarotti 2006, 飲飲下竟然飲左3杯, 有d肉赤 @@

3) Antipasti:

係自助的, 非常多野食, 有成差唔多20款, 款款精緻.

4) Pasta:

Risotto with Prawns and Zucchini - 個飯非常鮮味, 聽大廚Luca講個湯底係用幾款特別的魚熬製的, 唔怪得咁鮮濃. 飯亦粒粒飽滿, 夠哂Al dente, 總之就超好食! 最驚喜係食食下Luca無啦啦走出來放左舊野嚮我個飯上面係咁磨, 我起初以為係芝士啦, 原來係白松露來的 (哥陣正值White Truffle當造期), Luca話係佢送的Compliment, 我咁大個女第一次食白松露咋, 開心到爆呀!


5) Main Course:

Grilled Lamb Chops with Potato Gratin and Garden Salad: 個Lamb Chop要了Meidum Rare, 出來係Medium, 好彩仍非常膻嫩!!

6) Dessert:

今次係萬中無一自己食飯都會叫甜品, 係好唔正常, 亦無法理解. 要左Chocolate Cake, 好滑好香濃, 不過當然無可能食哂.

7) Coffee: 香濃幼滑

呢次嚮Sabatini的經歷, 可以話係一個非常美好的回憶.
