經過完一整天blue monday係時候對自己好啲出去延續weekend 心情一放工就去左K11 musea 揾野食呢間餐廳6點半時間都唔係太多人, 所以就入座喇 好似見到每枱客人都點一碟海南雞飯咁, 每碟都好似幾靚仔下就點左一份試下 文華海南雞飯一上枱時覺得雞肉好似好肥諗緊會唔會太油原來成個雞皮先係重點因為皮係彈牙爽口而且完全沒有油膩感唔會食到成口油而雞肉唔會好鞋雞肉味都好濃加埋佢三款自家制醬油濃醬油 薑油 同埋辣醬辣醬幾特別, 唔係紅辣椒嘅辣度有啲辣椒嘅椒香味都唔錯, 但唔好點太多, 辣度都有啲強 白胡椒肉骨茶 配油炸鬼個飯好放埋一邊先呢個湯反而無我想像中咁濃同嗆唔會俾白胡椒嘅味攻到排骨都唔會燉到老晒咬落去仲好淋 仲係幾入味鍋入面仲有豆卜 金菇 仲有原個蒜頭 重口味朋友唔好錯過呢到一整個蒜頭 佢已經煮到淋晒, 你可以用後撈飯 仲有馬來特色炸豆腐炸豆腐本身味道唔出所以要靠醬汁調味呢個係馬來西亞沙爹醬呢個醬係偏向濃味同甜但唔會過火, 有陣陣花生香好似外面用黎點串燒個啲咁好好味 但呢到蔬菜選擇唔多我地就點左呢款參巴辣椒少豆角其實鋪頭啲醬料係幾足稱因為成碟都係蝦米最後直頭多到用埋黎撈飯我地

諗緊會唔會太油
原來成個雞皮先係重點
因為皮係彈牙爽口
而且完全沒有油膩感
唔會食到成口油
而雞肉唔會好鞋
雞肉味都好濃
加埋佢三款自家制醬油
濃醬油 薑油 同埋辣醬
辣醬幾特別, 唔係紅辣椒嘅辣度
有啲辣椒嘅椒香味
都唔錯, 但唔好點太多, 辣度都有啲強

其實鋪頭啲醬料係幾足稱
因為成碟都係蝦米
最後直頭多到用埋黎撈飯



我地食完主食
對於餐廳有信心
所以我地仲點埋甜品先走
可惜想點個一個椰子甜品, 店員話未有貨,
仲介紹我地試下新menu 嘅斑蘭甜品

順帶一提, 我地落甜品個時, 成個場都好旺好忙
但店員都仲好有耐性慢慢解釋同介紹, 真係好專業
我地最後都係點左一個椰子雪糕新地

睇返menu 先知道
原來係佢地自家制嘅雪糕
每一淡入面仲食到少少椰絲
食到好綿滑口感
同埋佢唔會食到凍親啲牙
因為佢無其他雪糕咁凍

我覺得呢到唔只係食味道
仲有係佢地嘅服務
每一位職員都好專業好有禮貌
就算個樣餐點賣晒/ 未有供應
佢地都會建議你試下其他差唔多口味
款式
但大家記得早啲黎食
晚飯時段都係要等下位的
