To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 嚟到一間經典中國餐廳當然唔可以錯過所有辣嘅嘢食,小魚兒暫時係喺尖沙咀得一間但同事真係長期都充滿着好多客人所以由此可見呢一間餐廳絕對並非浪得虛名叫得小魚兒當然就係最出名烤魚同埋經典嘅酸菜魚尤其是而家越來越多經典嘅酸菜魚充斥香港所以要真係食到經典嘅味道的確唔容易當然如果唔鍾意食魚嘅話可以試吓今次我推介嘅毛血旺,可能聽到血就會覺得好核突或者好難食但食完之後絕對會顛覆大家嘅思維,毛血姐係鴨血,未到我覺得同豬紅直情冇分別但肉味會多過豬紅少少,入面都會包括黃鰭,肉質飽滿而且韌度十足,唔鍾意食成條魚嘅話叫呢一個都可以品嚐到魚嘅滋味,雖然個湯俾人嘅感覺係好辣但其實辣到位置喺小辣,就算唔係好食得辣都可以一試另外亦有一對配菜襯托魚嘅滋味同埋鴨血嘅鮮味中和下比較濃小小嘅湯底當然呢間餐廳仲有好多配菜可以揀我就比較鍾意寬粉,味道比起薯粉軟身少少但仍然好似以橡筋咁樣可以不斷咀嚼,算得上係好特別亦都好容易飽肚嘅面食
