光是独特的口感都足以挑起整道菜的大梁,所以调味并不复杂,是迷迭香和黑椒的绵长辛香。

【Lingua Tonnata】
造型尤其出众的一道,跟在其他餐厅吃到的Vitello Tonnata区别在于,这里用更脆韧的牛舌代替小牛肉,交融着吞拿鱼蛋黄酱的细腻咸香,在舌尖上愉悦地弹跳。

【Roasted Onion】
作为menu上唯一一道素菜(应该是),这绝不是一道简单的烤洋葱。

土豆和洋葱熬制成质地浓稠的酱汁,看上去如奶油般厚重,吃起来才惊于它的轻盈、细腻、清新。洋葱的清甜感集中在烤制后依然保持着脆嫩多汁的内里,酸豆、番茄干和面包脆粒在表面形成迷人的口感反差。

环境非常复古,充满上世纪意大利家庭感(我乱说的),氛围温馨轻快,不全是中环那种商务午餐风,就是层高比较低。服务没得挑。
