向来有过江龙新店,都不会眷顾奥海城,但没想到最近这里入驻了香港首家鹿儿岛鸡白汤拉面!距离优势加上有点沉迷鸡白汤的最近,我在短期内已经冲了两次。·因为是商场店,价格上没有优势,但整体来说值得尝试。面条和汤底都稳扎稳打,调味更是把鸡白汤拉面玩出了花,小食比一般拉面店选择更多,自助调味还有白松露油。·【担担鸡汤拉面】吃过不少鸡白汤拉面,还是头一回碰见这样的,感觉融合了一点中华料理在里面。有别于常见的厚重咸腻的骨汤,这碗泡沫系拉面质地很轻盈,汤喝完都不会觉得咸。·鸡白汤的鲜味被温和的辣椒和浑厚的麻酱香气包裹着,风味有了层次,鲜得温文尔雅,可以在口腔中停留很久。·低温慢煮的鸡肉叉烧其实就是鸡胸肉,清淡柔软。面条非常在线,根根分明、柔韧弹牙,绵密顺滑的泡沫状汤汁毫不费力就能挂上。·香港限定【鹿儿岛鱼饼鸡汁冷面】湿度太高的天气,已经忍不住嗦一大口清凉的冷面。鲜甜鸡汁加上清新的柠檬,鱼饼弹嫩、咸中带甜,配料不复杂但滋味很丰富,这样的碳水可以毫无负担地吃完一整碗。·全麦面条的挂汁能力和弹糯嚼感在这碗凉拌面里再次得到放大,口感太喜欢了!·【芝麻酱拌青瓜鸡叉烧】这款也是香港限定但一般般,鸡肉拌胡麻酱是你能想

服务态度蛮好,环境不错,比街头拉面店宽敞很多,第一次来出餐很慢,第二次来就很有效率了,而且感觉份量变多了是怎么回事。
