位於銅鑼灣利舞台廣場八樓的古琴雅苑中菜館,裝修設計典雅舒適。招牌菜烤北京填鴨承北京百年老店.選用上乘的北京填鴨,以傳統掛爐烤制,皮脆肉嫩的烤鴨,配上清新等青瓜、京蔥及哈密瓜、加上秘制的蜂蜜黃梅醬和京醬,煙韌的餅皮包裹甜酸爽口的配料,解除油膩感之余,口感豐富而有層次。冷盤涼拌粉皮和肴肉好好味。吃完北京烤鴨再吃地道的上海菜響油鱔糊,濃醬赤油掛汁的鱔魚鮮美彈牙,好快清盤。乾煸四季豆,四季豆吸收肉沫的肉汁好惹味。吃完重口味的一道開水白菜清淡夠健康。主食蔥油拌面,開陽的鮮味加上炸香的蔥香味拌勻彈牙的麵條,滿口鮮香絕配。飯後甜品腰果露,口感香滑,夠水準。餐廳集京、滬、浙江、淮揚菜等多種菜式於一體實屬難得,以後還會光顧!
