當中脆脆富貴紅米腸粉、肉鬆馬拉糕、一口鹹水角三款印象深刻。脆脆富貴紅米腸粉是原創點心。雖然紅米的味道很淡,卻包著有蝦肉味的脆芯,口感和味道即時提升,好味道👍🏻肉鬆馬拉糕的馬拉糕是一般的好味,洒上帶少少鹹味且脆脆的肉鬆,想再吃多一點😋。一口鹹水角是「創新研發」的成功例子。顏色作出突破,加上形狀改為球形,令我眼前一亮。放入口中又不覺油膩,有驚喜👍🏻















To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
