To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次和好友Fion來到了尖沙咀這邊覓食，真的有超過一年沒吃過烤魚雞煲了，想起大學ReU的時候了⋯⋯🥹謝謝朋友告訴我們這邊有間吃烤魚雞煲專門店，真的沒介紹錯呢！😋我們點了一盤烤魚，選了海鱸魚🐟（$308）配不辣的黃金蒜香魚，配料有寬粉、黃瓜、軟滑豆腐、芫茜、洋蔥⋯⋯另外還加了炸午餐肉粒(+$68）、鴨血(+$68）和甜品炸雙皮奶(+$43）。飲品點了香檳葡萄🍇乳酸爆珠梳打($38）和荔枝乳酸爆珠梳打🍹($38）。海鱸魚肉質厚實，也很鮮味，我不太嗜辣，這個黃金蒜香🧄很香甜可口，湯底很合我意。🫶🏻這裡的午餐肉粒是即炸的，新鮮熱辣，除了可以放到湯內火鍋，也可以當小食，即食香脆可口呢！💕香港吃的午餐肉就是特別好吃，有種獨特的鹹香，是香港才吃到的味道啊！😝記得在荷蘭時也在當地超市買過那邊的午餐肉來吃，味道就是跟香港吃的不一樣，總是吃不習慣⋯⋯🥹鴨血我也很久沒吃了，份量也不少，口感鮮嫩，配搭著芫茜🌿一起吃，還有種特有的香氣呢！😆甜品炸雙皮奶也很不錯吃，本身很喜歡吃奶類製品的我，咬開脆脆的外皮包裹着軟滑的雙皮奶，美味可口！😚但意想不到的是裡面竟然還有紅豆🫘，不吃紅豆的你可能要小心注意了⚠️～這頓飯說說
