東京開業人氣拉麵店「麵心國」原來喺香港都有分店，之前喺日本旅行嘅時候試過一次，當發現灣仔原來有呢間店嘅時候已經決定要試吓香港嘅質素如何🥰❤️醬油拉麵呢碗醬油拉麵嘅湯底會比較濃郁，佢係由雞湯與魚介湯混合，仲加咗啲自製嘅醬料同蔥油，所以飲落去整體味道好有層次！配料方面會有厚切醬油浸五花腩叉燒同慢煮雞胸叉燒！五花腩超入味，慢煮雞胸叉燒都唔會鞋，兩款都好鍾意食！❤️鹽拉麵餐廳仲有得揀正常份量或者加料份量，男朋友呢碗就揀咗加料份量大碗好多，鹽拉麵湯底就比較清澈香甜，飲到食材嘅精華，但又唔會太鹹太過。配料有慢煮脢頭叉燒同慢煮雞胸叉燒 ，脢頭叉燒好鮮嫩又有粉嫩顏色，簡單得嚟又好味！整體嚟講，我覺得香港分店嘅質素都好似日本，連廚師都係日籍店主負責烹調好每一份拉麵🍜，難怪味道質素都同日本一樣優質❤️
