源自東京葛飾區的人氣拉麵小店「麺心國もと」(Mengokoro Kunimoto),由店主 Kunimoto 先生於2011年創立,全店只有12個座位小店經營。這間驟眼看似平凡的拉麵店,卻因店主有着非凡的心思,全心全意竭盡所能製作最好的拉麵端給客人,故開業12年一直人氣高企,其於社交平台的訪問影片累積瀏覽次數更接近二千萬;今年四月「麺心國もと」被當地網上媒體 IT media選為「葛飾區人氣拉麵店」第一位,吸引各地拉麵迷慕名朝聖。

唔知大家對於啲越洋而來嘅名店有咩睇法呢?小編自己本身最鐘意踩場😈專去啲標榜住過江龍嘅排隊名店試下係咪真係名不虛傳而今次黎到灣仔試下呢間啱啱6月由東京開到黎香港嘅拉麵店「麵心國もと」,店家主打招牌醬油拉麵,一於試下有幾堅! 《 醬油拉麵 》 $88  3.5 / 5好𝘚𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘳𝘥嘅一碗醬油拉麵,麵質爽口份量適中,叉燒七分肥三分瘦,入口略厭肥膩左啲,溏心蛋算好入味但湯底太咸而且唔算好熱就成為扣分位🥲令到成碗拉麵都略略失色,整體只算合格~《 沾麵 》  $98  4 / 5沾麵用嘅係太麵,麵條比較粗身食落較有嚼勁同彈性😋 亮點在於沾汁味道香濃,入面有滿滿嘅豚肉粒同笋片,肉質較腍而且更入味,笋片爽脆增強口感,但沾汁似乎調味比較重手,食到後段已經覺得好口乾😖而且通病都係肉身肥膏多😮‍💨試完店家嘅拿手拉麵,感覺佢地嘅調味都係偏咸,餐牌選擇唔算多,雖然有香港限定嘅「濃厚拉麵」,但當日寫住售罄所以無緣一試😌 用餐體驗普通因為店舖比較窄,而且未設有俾客人掛袋嘅枱底鈎或者竹籃,一袋二袋嘅朋友用餐時難免有啲論盡😣 整體黎講中規中矩,但如果要以日本過江龍嘅標準去評分嘅話就爭啲啦🤥 continue reading

朋友係拉麵迷每次去日本必食,睇見呢間日本拉麵店進駐香港,唔使坐飛機已經都食到梗係要去試吓 「麺心國もと」主打拉麵以清淡醬油拉麵作基底,同時亦考慮到不同客人的口味,推出超濃湯拉麵及沾麵,分別配有低溫肥叉燒,肉質軟綿易入口。 香港店主打5款招牌拉麵,我地揀左鹽拉麵同埋沾麵~❣️鹽拉麵~選用較粗身的麵條,配上慢煮脢頭叉燒和慢煮雞胸叉燒,湯底加入了自家製鹽醬,以四種不同粗幼度及不同鹹度的鹽混合煮成,還要靜待兩日才可使用,這樣味道就會變得醇厚,令湯底更芳醇細緻。湯底透明清徹,不會過鹹。❣️沾麵~沾麵湯底以魚湯加入蒜油調成較薄身的沾汁,同其他拉麵店濃稠湯底質感不同,魚香味突出,配上較易掛湯麵條口感更佳😍👍 ❣️另外,京蔥、紫菜、竹筍、流心蛋、麵同叉燒都可追加HK$8起,仲有幾款一品料理可選擇,店主用心經營,專誠過嚟香港培訓員工,用心炮製每碗拉麵,由湯底、麵條、配料以至調味等,每個細節均一絲不苟,依足日本總店做法,務求讓港人可以品嚐到原味道😊 🌟💫冇加一服務費,未準備去日本可以黎試吓來自東京葛飾區的人氣拉麵店「 麺心國もと 」(Mengokoro Kunimoto) 🍜醬油拉麵 Shoyu Ramen ~$88🍜鹽拉麵 Shio Ramen~$88🍜沾麵 Tsukemen ~$98🍜醬油撈麵 Maze Soba~ $98🍜濃厚拉麵 Noko Ramen 香港限定~$118  continue reading

Wan Chai is one of the districts, if not the most, with the most number of good ramen-ya and all the shops are in close proximity. This’s definitely a bold move for this newcomer from Japan to stake their claim in this competitive landscape🧐For my first visit, I decided to take the staff's recommendation and ordered the 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗼 𝗥𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻 特選鹽味拉麵 , though I was mistakenly served the 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘆𝘂 𝗥𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻 特選醬油拉麵. Despite this minor disappointment, I still found the visit an enjoyable one!First thing first, the broth was rich and intense with a prominent shouyu saline flavour. However, the depth and sweetness of shouyu seemed to be lacking🤔 Thankfully, the yuzu helped to balance out the saltiness, while the charred onion provided an added layer of flavour that elevated the dish. One thing I particularly liked was the broth remaining hot even after the noodle👍🏼 The curly noodle, without much character tho, did its job to carry adequate amount of broth for a satisfying slurp. Wish it a bit harder for my personal liking tho🤏🏼 There two different char siu - pork belly and chicken breast. The pork belly wasmelt in the mouth tender while the chicken was a bit rougher due to its thickness. The egg could use some more marination to mask its raw flavou🥚Overall, this shouyu ramen is a decent addition to the HK ramen scene. Although the service was a bit rushed and green during the soft opening. I'm excited to come back and try their shio ramen next time 😉 continue reading

同事介紹話呢一間拉麵店啲拉麵非常好食,於是就捉咗男朋友過嚟陪我一齊食,拉麵有正常版本和加料版本兩種選擇,要食當然要食加料版本啦!拉麵即叫即煮,上枱即食好味又豐富,絕對真材實料,原汁原味。唐揚炸雞 🍗🍗🍗🍗🍗💯超鍾意食炸雞,呢度嘅炸雞皮薄肉多,新鮮炸起咬落去卜卜脆,肉汁充滿係口腔中,成口都係雞肉香味,炸雞呢樣嘢真係越食越上癮🤤鹽拉麵🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜💯識食拉麵嘅一定係食完拉麵,呢個拉麵最睇得出廚師嘅技術,湯底清得來又可以食到各種材料嘅味道,鹽更有效提升其他食材嘅鮮味,鹽拉麵嘅精髓充分表現咗出嚟。配料有豬肉和雞肉整成嘅叉燒,每一片肉都非常鮮美,另外仲加上筍片和紫菜,令成碗麵更豐富。濃厚拉麵🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜💯龍蝦拉麵是喺香港限定,每日只有25份,要食嘅真係一早要來排定隊,腳快有嘅快冇呀!😂呢個啦叫咗個正常份量版本,咁就唔驚食唔晒,叫咗先發覺真係好味道唔夠食。大廚話呢個湯底住咗10幾小時,難怪我哋食到舔舔脷嘅!唔好拉麵嘅配料係雞,醬油叉燒,筍片和紫菜,好味到震。 continue reading

呢間係東京開過黎香港既拉麵店,信心有保證,鋪頭唔算好大間,但環境十足日本拉麵店咁,又睇到師傅煮麵,好有feel!沾麵沾麵配料係碎肉同叉燒,湯底唔係好稠,本身見到都驚會唔掛汁唔好食,點知又完全相反喎😳唔稠既湯底都做到掛汁既效果,可能因為用既係幼麵,而且沾麵汁食得出有魚既鮮味,魚味香濃,稀薄得黎真係好香,湯入面既碎肉亦好腍身,麵既叉燒都唔會鞋口好硬,口感都好,係出色既沾麵😘醬油拉麵拉麵既配料有慢煮雞同醬油叉燒,湯底就混合佐雞湯同魚介湯 ,加入自家調製既醬油同葱油,味道特別香特別鮮特別濃,濃厚得黎又有鮮味🤩而叉燒亦係五花腩,質感一流,雞胸肉質都好軟腍,加埋竹筍同黑葱,份外酥香,完全係心思既搭配🥰 continue reading
