To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上兩個禮拜,同女朋友去完日本旅行返嚟,非常之掛住香港嘅美食,由於女朋友住喺石硤尾,所以我哋就特登揀返附近嘅餐廳嚟食,首選當然係位於深水埗嘅添好運啦!我哋去到嘅時候大概三點鐘左右,唔算係太多人排隊,我哋叫咗最鍾意食嘅酥皮叉燒包,個叉燒包外面非常之鬆脆,內面嘅叉燒非常之美味,係好多食客慕名而來添好運嘅最主要原因。另外我哋都叫咗個窩蛋牛肉飯、蘿蔔糕、鳳爪等等,亦都有一定嘅水準。埋單計算都係$103,以呢個食物質素來講絕對係超值,如果未試過的話絕對推介呢間米芝連點心專門店。
