餐廳單方面取消客人預定

一星期前預訂餐廳，但到達餐廳才知道預定被單方面取消，餐廳沒有電話通知或留言，還說客人電話系統有問題所以沒有留言。實情是餐廳經理搞錯，沒有打電話跟客人確定，還把責任推給客人。最令我氣憤的地方是我5天前已經預定，但到用餐時間才看到系統說我的預定被取消，中間查也一直有這個預定，餐廳沒打電話通知，如果有我就去其他餐廳，不用朋友老遠去這裡！就這樣餐廳就永遠流失一位客人。我相信香港很快會有同類型的餐廳，這樣代客之道只會趕客。
