We first had our Kushikatsu experience in Osaka and we fell in love with the dish.We are so happy to be able to find a good Kushikatsu place in Hong Kong.We highly recommend it. It's not greasy and the quality is comparable to the one we had in Osaka.They're not only selling kushikatsu, they also have kushiyaki and other dishes for appetizer, main, and dessert.For the kushiyaki, make sure to try the chicken meatballs. Jan Jan係日本過江龍嘅串揚店。中午定食唔單止有串揚定食,仲有唔少其他定食。店內裝修同門口擺設都有置身係日本居酒屋嘅感覺。menu食材唔透明,記得以前會寫明係咩食材,但衣家感覺似omakase,基本上只知有肉有海鮮,具體什麼就唔知,價錢連加一大約$200一set,係灣仔算唔平,餐廳入面唔係好多客,適合慢慢嘆下傾下偈,店員出餐時亦會介紹下各種串揚食法,配什麼醬汁,十分細心。特選串揚定食$178(海膽炸豬串,年糕,茄子,菇,雞,牛,飯團)所有炸串都係即叫即炸,皮脆又熱,粉唔會太厚又都沒離殼,炸得好出色。每個set都跟有椰菜同甜醬油,感覺正宗,桌左亦有鹽,辣粉/醬,自由配搭。海膽鮮甜黏口,入口有濃郁香味,海膽隔離有少少wasabi,一齊食帶出海膽味道。每款肉類串燒都會食本身肉味,牛太熟成落較韌,雞豬都係免治肉,唔會太干。真正驚艷嘅係茄子同菇,菇味道完美保留,茄子更加升華左,入口即融,草青味全無,唔係平時食到嘅口感。年糕外表脆,內裡煙韌,配上甜醬,口感味道都幾好。飯團米黐糯,入面有漬過嘅昆布,咸咸地幾好味。海鮮串揚定食$188(蠔,黑松露帶子,海老,魚,三文魚)各款海鮮都自帶本身嘅味道,黑松露帶子十分厚切,外表炸完但入面亦保持刺身質感。蠔唔會縮哂水,外層粉脆入面就啖啖蠔味,不俗。三文魚大舊但比較干身,其他都是正常發揮。追加$29燒牛肉串+炸富士萍果串揚店就唔好嗌非串揚類嘅野,燒牛肉比較普通。職員好細心,見我地食到差唔多先上炸富士萍果,剛上碟時咬開萍果還在冒煙,表面加左肉桂,萍果甜,熟左唔係咁爽口,感覺都幾特別。查看更多

今晚與朋友試了Jan Jan串揚專門店,店舖雖小但充滿日本居酒屋風情,可觀看師傅即場製作串揚,氣氛不錯。炸巨海老確實值得一試,蝦身巨大,外層炸粉薄而酥脆,蝦肉新鮮彈牙。搭配特製他他醬更顯鮮味,我們甚至追加了兩份。年糕串揚外皮香脆,內裡軟糯且有拉絲效果,加上紫菜和微甜醬油,口感豐富。建議趁熱食用。燒雞腎火候控制得宜,口感爽脆,椒鹽調味恰到好處,是很好的下酒菜。燒雞軟骨香脆不油膩,撒上七味粉後更加惹味,令人忍不住一口接一口。查看更多

意外發現咗一間喺灣仔樓上嘅隱世居酒屋無意中喺灣仔搵到一間高質嘅日式餐廳原先諗住去食法國餐點知餐廳原來禮拜一係唔開門嘅緣份巧合下就去咗樓上嘅呢一間Jan Jan串揚專門店最近呢個大廈都做緊少少維修所以基本上喺街度睇唔到個招牌但作為美食嘅發掘者幾咁捐窿捐罅都冇問題!🤩呢度嘅lunch set都幾抵食百零蚊就有一個全套嘅定食套餐包晒飲品,前菜,沙律,漬物喺灣仔區嚟講絕對係性價比好高餐牌上面好多串揚(即係串炸)嘅套餐呢種食物來自關西不過餐牌上有另一個套餐更加吸引我入邊有炸鮭魚刺身定食將厚切刺身級別三文魚脆炸配埋個特色他他醬真係滋味無窮佢個擺設都好適合打卡同埋每舊三文魚都好厚肉加上用咗刺身級別就算佢入邊係生嘅都唔使擔心俾大家睇吓佢個set係好靚好適合女仔打卡🥰😍🥰套餐入邊嘅食物係蓮藕漬驚喜地咁好食😋飲品方面我點咗咖啡以我哋發現佢哋得三合一呢個就爭少少扣咗啲分另外佢哋個餐牌可以喺午市時間以$20一串或者$29兩串追加特色串燒同串炸我見到當日都好多食客追加非常適合大食嘅朋友呀!查看更多

今日行完合和新Mall,朋友即興話要同我地黎一間好正的居酒屋食晚飯。呢間位於灣仔上樓居酒屋,門口都爭少少搵唔到🤔,好在有朋友帶我地行。雖然上左樓,但估唔到都爆晒場,裝修係好傳統日本居酒屋style,懷舊感十足。坐低先知呢到主要係食好少眾ge日本串揚(即串炸),出邊真係極罕極少有,所以我地都集中火力試串揚!🤭當中有好多串都好特別,好有驚喜,好領會串揚係日本關西真係「萬物皆可炸」之一門美食,例如有炸咖呢飯,我地落order時都相當之好奇,咖呢飯都可以炸???😮點知真係炸得!被磋成腸仔形狀,咬開真係好香好香咖呢飯,好新奇好好食!呢一個炸鮮蠔又係必食,下面配左他仔醬,同個蠔好match! 炸紫蘇雞串揚都係我推薦之一,因為我係勁愛紫蘇陣味!👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼最後大推個高湯雞蛋卷,同出邊食開ge蛋卷好唔同,首先呢個係咸的,以前我對蛋卷個認知一定係甜甜地工少少硬身,唔會juicy,但呢一個係爆juicy,店員話呢個配方係此店獨有,高湯比例比出邊一般做法多,食呢個要等15-20分鐘,一底一底做,個人覺得必食😘。總結呢餐所有食物都勁驚喜,比起天扶良、吉列個皮,我覺得串揚個炸皮係比較中我胃口:第一,串揚個炸皮厚薄介符係天扶良同吉列之間,第二,個皮有少少甜味,好好食!呢間餐廳我真係想打滿分😌,唯一想彈下個洗手間門好難開,有少少年代感。查看更多
