週末襯晏就少d人去完利東街逛一逛,行過LA Creperie個棟大廈就見到Jan Jan,於是走左上去試試味。我想試呢間日式串揚好耐啦😛鋪頭唔係好大,但就有Bar枱,high table,仲有卡位添!我地坐係對窗既high table,識我既都知我鍾意望窗😂我地叫左2個套餐,一個10串餐+一個4串餐。套餐有1份前菜+串燒/串揚+1個主菜+1杯無酒精飲品,醒目既我分別叫左唔同既串燒/串揚,咁就可以試多幾款啦😋串揚 (炸物)(上-下)雞肉紫蘇卷鮮蠔配他他醬 - 生蠔好大隻呀,鮮味十足(左-右)三文魚 - 十分juicy,鮮嫩紅薯 - 甜甜地好味,估唔到炸都可以令到入面咁啱啱好又唔會太乾(右-左)年糕 - 煙煙韌韌,仲配有紫菜添。侍應仲提我地記得趁熱食,擺耐左會變硬架。芝士 - 芝士波波好香呀,芝士份量好多😍茄子 - 一串茄子唔係好大塊,但勝在夠香香菇 - 好大粒菇,咬落多汁唔會燒到乾爭爭串燒(右-左)豚肉 - 面頭鋪左少少調味料,唔洗額外點醬汁雞腿肉 - 又係燒到好嫩芝士蕃茄雞肉 - 香濃cheese 加上juicy 蕃茄仔三文魚煙肉 - 燒香左既煙肉,包住鮮嫩juicy既三文魚塊,面頭仲有明太子醬點綴(左-右)雞腎 - 唔會燒到好硬,咬落好爽口😋😋雞胸軟骨 - 最有驚喜係佢喇,睇清楚張相,並唔係普通雞軟骨,係真正既雞胸軟骨+雞肉串!最正一定係佢!雞翼 - 最後,串燒一定要有「燒雞翼,我中意食~!」其實全部串燒我都冇另加醬汁,就咁原汁原味已經好正😋😋😆主食燒麵豉飯團飯團🍙燒到外脆內軟,加上兩塊醃蘿白。夠曬飽肚又香口。蕎麥麵(冷)蕎麥麵沾蘿白蓉,蒽花,芥末。冷冰冰既口感,真係特別容易入口!飲品Calpis Water - 好似益力多既乳酸飲品,甜甜酸酸好開胃熱柚子茶 - 熱辣辣,最啱秋日暖一暖胃甜品點少得叫個甜品柚子雪葩食到咁好味既串揚串燒,爆多幾粒暗瘡都值得呀🤗😎 continue reading

之前去大阪旅行行程太趕,試唔到串揚😭😭今次去左呢間串揚專門店 令我一試愛上♥️可以坐到榻榻米房間,gathering岩哂☺️七點幾入座已經全場爆滿好似去左居酒屋咁🍻 服務態度一流酒類和非酒類飲品都好多選擇👍🏻仲有燒飯糰、高湯雞蛋卷、凱撒沙律等等欣賞呢道串揚粉漿厚薄均勻,而且零油膩感🙋🏻‍♀️串揚登場前,首先店員送上一盤椰菜和醬油。椰菜入口清新爽口,而醬油酸酸甜甜令人開胃🤤最中意天使之海老($39)🍤 蝦肉彈牙新鮮,而且外皮酥脆一啲油膩感都無👍🏻呢個唔洗點醬汁 可以食到蝦的鮮味💕 另外半熟煮玉子($23)都係必點嫁😘咬落去係流心的😍 老闆教我地加少少海鹽會更好味🤤 安格斯牛$38 也是好吃到不行🙈 半生熟入口即融,非常值得一試👍🏻雞肉紫蘇卷 $21 好清新手羽先唐揚 ($14) 🍗 非常crispy加埋少少黑糖真係好惹味😋北海道海膽湯葉卷 $39一口size, 仲要配海膽!口感豐富蘆筍 $31面頭加埋沙律醬 更惹味沙蟹球 $21沙律醬更帶出鮮味蓮根 $27食咗咁多肉係時候食返啲蔬菜類😂炸鮮蠔 $38好好好味 爽口又鮮甜,味覺享受雞肉丸 $23燒汁都幾惹味👍🏻最後以甜品作結柚子雪葩 $19好清新👍🏻為晚餐畫上完美句號總括而言,非常推薦大家一試 continue reading

🍢 特選串揚定食 ($157)Lunch time 去左 #JanJan 度食串揚☺️ 呢間位於灣仔樓上鋪嘅 #JanJan 係一間日式串揚專門店,餐廳裝修好有日本風格,有對着師傅嘅吧枱,有對窗既high table,亦有需要除襪嘅日式榻榻米,夠晒日本風味。午餐時間叫咗一個特選串揚定食,串揚有六款,包括茄子、菇、年糕、海膽湯葉卷、安格斯特級肉眼牛同雞肉紫蘇卷,附上沙律菜、飯團同麵豉湯,非常豐富。串揚大部份都做得幾好食,點埋佢哋嘅秘製辣椒醬會更加惹味。另外亦叫咗其他串燒,燒得都唔錯,大部份串燒都係廿幾蚊串,港島商業區都算價錢合理,整體質素不俗,係專門食日本串揚一個好既選擇。 continue reading

This is a traditional Japanese Kushikatsu restaurant. The restaurant is well-decorated with the style of the Japanese Izakaya.There is also an area with Zabuton which is a really great place for you to gather with your friends.I ordered several Kushikatsu and Kushiyaki, one of my favourite is Chicken and shiso Kushikatsu, the chicken is fine, but withthe accompany of shiso, the taste standouts a lot; the outer layer of the Kushikatsu fried very crisply, I really like the texture, juicy and crispy!Another one is Salmon Kushikatsu; I thought it would be like a normal fried salmon which would have a big burst of friedflavor and smelly taste. But it was found to be really fresh, the taste wasgood! Rice Cake Kushikatsu; surprisingly it is very chewy for the rice cake inside and of course with crispy fried outer layer, thecombination is really interesting . Also, I highly recommend the Scallop Kushikatsu, the scallop is really fresh and meaty, I can rarely find this from the otherJapanese restaurants in Hong Kong. The taste of the scallop matches perfectly with the crisps outside!For Kushiyaki, I ordered pork Kushiyaki: the pork is well-grilled makes it very juicy with the fat -free meat.Chicken Breast and soft bone Kushiyaki;  the chicken breast is nice with the Kushiyaki sauce on top, the soft bone is crunchy, easy to bite and formed a really interesting contrast with the soft chicken breast. Chicken wings Kushiyaki, very easy to eat as they took out the bones for you, the chicken wings skewered, well with the  Kushiyaki saucse.The main dishes are grilled pork belly rice ball and hot udon.The grilled pork belly rice ball is pork-wrapped rice balls, which is my first time to try. However, the pork seems to be burnedtoo much and a bit hard to bite, the rice covered inside was ok. It looks a small roll but with the rice inside, I felt really full after eating. Hot Udon: I think it is an ordinary udon and I notice that it is a bit spicy because of the ginger sauce which is from thetraditional Japanese Udon recipe (I have only tried this when I went to Japan).The taste is special! continue reading

話說朋友之前食過呢間JanJan串揚專門店覺得非常好吃,於是我便叫她帶我來吃環境舒適,裝修簡約,帶點日本風起初以為這裡只有串揚會不夠飽原來還有定食和炒麵套餐。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。串揚定食 (五款) (三文魚,半熟蛋,洋蔥,香腸,時令蔬菜)▸炸漿真的很薄,每樣都炸得剛剛好,特別喜歡半熟蛋,輕輕一咬,蛋汁就湧出來,滿口都充滿著蛋汁,非常滿足😍另外,洋蔥也十分出色,平時不吃洋蔥的我也非常喜歡,洋蔥好清甜,帶點爽脆,外型很像棒棒糖,非常討人喜歡💕。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。蛋包大阪炒麵▸估唔到份量都幾多,賣相亦非常靚仔,蛋都算幾香幾滑,包住滿滿嘅炒麵,炒麵非常夠味,好像吃大阪燒一樣,不油膩亦不過咸😊。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。天使蝦▸這個真的必點,炸漿非常非常薄,帶點微微嘅檸檬汁,好醒胃,蝦肉🦐非常新鮮彈牙,啲蟹鬚炸到好鬆脆,整個配搭就是完美😍。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。香脆雞翼▸又一必點系列,雞翼炸得非常香脆,雞肉仲keep住好嫩滑juicy,而且非常惹味,還帶點甜,很好吃😋。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。整體來說真的很好吃下次要再來試試其他的串揚 continue reading
