葡汁焗釀原隻鮮鮑魚, 甫上枱已香味四溢, 先試了醬汁, 非常惹味! 鮑魚也是夠爽口, 而醬汁內有松露及雜菌, 口感不寡.

這道是於飲宴中較常見的, 不過就換上8頭鮑, 造就蠔皇海参扣原隻8頭鮑魚. 以刀切開, 有少少黏刀, 與之前幾道上的質感有所不同, 也頗喜歡這感覺, 而海參亦軟稔有度.

來到滋補的甜品 - 天山雪蓮燉花膠, 單單聽其名, 已想像到那程度! 本身就很愛吃花膠, 總是覺得能補骨膠原, 當然這是謬誤, 不過還是愛吃! 伴以爽甜天山花蓮, 潤肺降燥.
