To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 「胡同」光聽這個名字就會聯想到與中國首都北京有關,而它確確實實是香港一家主打京菜和川菜的高級食府。我為何會特意稱它「高」呢?…..首先第一個高是指這裡的裝修環境格調及服務; 第二個高是指這裡位處尖沙咀海傍高級商業大樓的高層;第三個高是這裡能夠居高臨下欣賞香港著名維多利亞港的日夜景色; 而最後的一個高是指這裡的收費價錢實在高得令人有點心跳。 我在網上食評所見,這裡被形容得有點誇張……「在令人怦然心動的維港景色背景下,一間又一間房屋,一個又一個院落,連地蓋起來,構建出排序有致的古雅房子,而置於此間古老風雅的屏風和月牙玄關分隔出私人廂房,形成了胡同、小街和大街。驚喜還不止於此,胡同巧手精製的菜餚,脫胎自北京及山東菜,處處洋溢大膽創新的獨特風格。 「胡同」取名自歷史悠久、充滿老中國格調的庭院小巷;餐廳的佈置精緻:精心雕琢的石拱門、古董樓房的木製大門、柔軟的真絲窗簾、木製的雕刻屏風及雅緻的人力車,充滿朝氣並流露醉人魅力。」 我個人認為這裡的傢具擺設都是收集自一些舊房舍裡破破爛爛的東西,更算不上是什麼名貴古物,好聽的說是有品味。至於食物方面除了價錢超貴外份量也非常少,估計八成的消費都花在餐廳的

我個人認為這裡的傢具擺設都是收集自一些舊房舍裡破破爛爛的東西,更算不上是什麼名貴古物,好聽的說是有品味。至於食物方面除了價錢超貴外份量也非常少,估計八成的消費都花在餐廳的租金和環境上,吃進肚裡只值兩成!
