To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. fumi - 文化的意思。 不時不食,什麼時候日本產地最時令會在餐牌上看到。第一次食日式嘅tasting menu, 最驚喜是連同sake pairing, 5款日本酒配日本菜,只係需要加280蚊。有前菜、刺身、燒物、天婦羅 、肉類同埋飯,仲有水果。 種類繁多,而整體感覺分量都比較大,女仔就食到非常飽…………日本酒嘅份量都不少的,不會是一啖兩啖,餐廳都十分慷慨。 由於日本酒份量比較多,如果不勝酒力的可能會比較有醉意。最喜歡菜式係豬肉燒物, 因為配上溫泉蛋,豬肉上面經過燒之後又有油香,食落去之後會大叫非常好味!特色酒類,應該是第一杯日本氣泡酒,雖然係屬於甜嘅類別,但是sparkling sake,也真是我第一次嘗試。
