To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日中午同同事一行六人去咗**太湖海鮮城(銅鑼灣分店)**飲茶,整體氣氛熱鬧,坐得舒適,枱與枱之間唔會太迫,啱晒多人聚餐。埋單六百八十幾蚊,人均一百一十左右,以港島區嚟講,價錢算相當平宜。今次點咗多款點心,包括**香煎叉燒兩件、家鄉韭菜角、鮮蝦燒賣皇、杏甫蓮藕枝、蓮藕芝麻球(糯)**等。點心上枱速度快,熱辣辣、賣相吸引,餡料足、味道亦有水準。其中「太湖招牌餃皇」用料豐富,口感紮實,係當日焦點之一。餐廳服務有禮,落單清晰,補茶收碟都勤快。雖然係大型酒樓,但用餐過程流暢無混亂,適合朋友、同事飯聚。整體而言,係一次味道穩定、價格實惠、環境舒適嘅午市體驗,有機會會再嚟。
