今天要介绍的是坐落在铜锣湾闹市的太湖,分电梯一开,一副90年代香港茶楼的样子。大部分都是熟客,洋洋洒洒一大家子的温馨。因为人多,就将点菜的重任交到餐厅领班的手上。以下就细数一下热情领班推荐的硬菜。冬瓜盅:采用传统做法,半只冬瓜切开,将鲜虾,竹笙,冬瓜肉放入挖空的冬瓜里面,煲煮,消暑去水腫,口感清甜不腻。三弄回味牛肉:用鹵,炸,澆汁三种手法操作,濃郁的滷水滋味,炸過之後外面一層皮有點脆脆的,澆上濃汁。感覺很像大塊,外焦裡嫩的牛肉乾(片),少辣。大鲍鱼:鲍鱼就不多说了,新鲜,味道均匀的分布到鲍鱼的每个角落,弹牙带有胶质。暴雪藏龍:也就是斑球蒸蛋白。重点不止在魚🐟,蒸蛋白也平分秋色。蒸蛋白显嫩火候掌握得很好,充裕着浓浓的魚鲜。斑球被蛋白煨煮,肉質不會變硬,非常嬌嫩,薄薄的魚皮厚厚的魚胶轻轻的粘住嘴唇。海鲜餐厅不可少的主力担当:粉丝蛏子,这道菜说简单也不简单,要求颇多。粉丝不能太多抢了蛏子的风头,蛏子要新鲜,清甜,肉肥,沙子要吐干净,打开外壳的时候不能弄碎了。多方面考虑又要迅速呈上,也是对师傅功力的考验。炒飯:一部分米飯是炸過的,香脆,大號的蝦米和葱花满口留香。性价比非常高的一家酒家,看得出师傅在食物创新上花了心思。 continue reading

之前都嚟過一次食晚飯,幾好,之前聽妹夫講呢度D蛋散係即整又好食,於是,今日去飲茶就不如去試下啦喂....星期日12點幾1點,吾駛等位,TICK左一個孖寶---荷葉飯配點心拼盤,另外再叫左個蝦多士、蛋散同豉油王炒腸粉....1. 荷葉飯好食,吾似出面有D乾爭爭,有瑤柱絲、冬菇絲、蝦隻,有料又蒸得夠熱...我本來對荷葉飯麻麻地都覺得好食...2. 點心拼盤,有2隻蝦餃、2粒燒賣、1條春卷、2個蓮蓉煎堆仔、全部都熱辣辣,炸嘅香口,蒸嘅夠透,好味....3. 蛋散的而且確好食,香脆吾硬又鬆化,新鮮製作4. 蝦多士都OK,但有少許油5.豉油王炒腸粉,腸粉滑滑,有鑊,好味因為叫左個孖寶,所以有紅豆沙送,味道吾會太甜,很適中...呢度招呼吾錯,但個TOILET就麻麻地,周圍濕笠笠,好怕.... continue reading

太湖海鮮城為香港字號老的海鮮酒家,還有一個分店在九龍尖沙咀。這次到訪的太湖海鮮城,在銅鑼灣廣場二期,屬於樓上鋪,一進門口,便看見大量的奬項,可謂獲獎無數。其實過往曾多次到訪,但這次只有二人,故只是簡單的點了一下當天的例湯是霸王花煲豬骨(忘記拍照),湯料很足,火候足夠,故喝出湯的味道。看見傍邊點了清蒸蟶子王,所以我們也點,價格非常優惠,一隻只需港幣$28。我們選擇蒜蓉粉絲蒸,味道很棒干燒四季豆,不過不失這道蒸饍是全晚最愛,有子薑和另一材料(忘記全名),故菜式有酸酸甜甜的味道,非常開胃。甜點有蛋散、芝麻球和紅豆湯水送贈,超值優惠。 continue reading

約左屋企人係呢到飲茶,上到去,地方坐位都舒適,屋企人係呢到常客,話又平又好食,佢地鐘意係呢到飲早茶,一來早茶大中小點同儥,食物又好食,價錢又抵食,我食過之後,都算👌,不過我就唔會成日好似我D屋企人日日甘早起身😅同屋企人飲茶一定會早,因為點心大中小點都係一樣價錢,呢間D點心都幾好食,味道不差,價錢亦不貴我最鐘意食鳳爪排骨,但我就唔想食飯.......哈哈😄屋企人就鐘意食飯😛😛😬😬個餃子就有D遜色,太多油索左落餃子到,睇黎係油溫控制唔到,所以餃子唔合格😅粥煲得夠綿夠滑👏✌️沙薑雞🐔腳——普通一般釀涼瓜—-味道唔錯,涼瓜爽口,🦐膠彈牙有口感😋蝦🦐米腸粉有驚喜,又滑又簿又好味👍食昵個甜品,就唸起細個既時候最鐘意一層層撕開食,有得玩有得食,所以到而家都係鐘意一層層甘食😬😬😬😬😬———————————————————-👌✌️👏😋😬 continue reading

星期天到銅鑼灣睇阿拉丁中午塲,兩個多小時的戲故要先吃點東西。銅鑼灣廣場二期的太湖海鮮城早上10:30 營業,這間得獎很多的食肆早茶有其捧場客,朋友先去拿位說未開市已經有人在電梯口等候。我們二人叫了三個點心,開了壼普洱茶,水滾茶靚帶有點香甜。鮮蝦燒賣皇-賣相不錯,燒賣頂鋪有一隻大蝦,豬肉餡彈牙,咬口爽滑。香茜叉燒腸-叉燒份量足夠,食起腸粉來有口感,豉油另上任君喜歡加多加少。青蔬雞絲湯米-青菜兩小段,雞絲份量不太多,米粉幼身,湯底味道則不錯。整體來說,這餐早茶都不錯。 continue reading
