To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 係8號風球下既銅鑼灣💦💭,周圍既餐廳已經關門。原本想食拉麵既我地唯有係呢個寂靜無人既銅鑼灣覓食 。一路沿駱克道向西行,突然出現一個中年女士在派傳單。單張上寫住太湖城餐廳,折扣50蚊,係無咩餐廳既選擇下唯有上去餐廳睇下咩野環境先,以防係伏😂。一開lift,竟然枱枱都有人坐,打緊8號風竟然都咁多人,簡直教人覺得意外! 相信呢間酒樓既食物質素一定有返咁上下水準。😁食物水準果然冇令人失望!我地叫佐3個餸。1. 豉椒味菜炒蟶子皇 蟶子超爽口,配上香濃既豉椒汁,真係想多食幾隻!2.蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝 呢隻扇貝同出面既扇貝唔同既係佢加佐好多妃子去蒸。妃子本身帶有甜味,配上豉油汁加粉絲同蒜頭食,真係別有一番風味。3. 豉油雞雞肉嫩滑,配上豉油汁食送飯一流。 continue reading

朋友話帶我食好嘢喎。為咗保留驚喜去到酒樓先比我知食乜嘢去到先知原來佢一早預訂左三頭南非大網鮑配鵝掌翼酒樓經理送上嚟嘅時候我都忍唔住嘩三頭鮑魚有我拳頭咁大俾我哋睇之後,就喺我哋面前用鮑魚汁再燴一燴先上碟,兩個人一人一隻用刀叉切嚟食🍴鮑魚炆得非常入味而且淋滑,鵝掌一樣炆得非常入味,連鵝掌軟骨都食得津津有味食完呢味鮑魚已經飽左七八成再食埋個足料蟹鉗已經食唔落其他嘢了蟹鉗又係好味,蝦膠非常彈牙。朋友知我鍾意食蟹鉗仲特別為我點多一隻。食埋兩隻蟹鉗之後已經飽到食唔落其他了。當晚見到客人好full下,下次有機會一定再嚟試吓其他野。 continue reading

原本諗住去隔離嗰間越華會,點知原來執咗轉咗老闆,要再諗吓係邊度食飯,好耐以前食過太湖,質素都好好,一直冇機會再去試,所以再去試吓,一入去發現原來好多人,晚上7點都已經差不多滿晒,叫咗個龍躉兩味,炒通菜,質素真係唔錯😋,好多龍躉,通菜炒得好有鑊氣,拍得住大排檔,怪知得咁多人一家大係裹面食飯。 continue reading

📍Tai Woo Restaurant Michelin Recommended Restaurant I was not expecting much when I visited Tai Woo. It’s decor and service is like the average Chinese restaurant but I was quite surprised by its food quality given it’s price point. We ordered those standard meal for 12 so the dishes are very common but most of them are well executed. Quite a good place to go for a normal family dinner. Recommendations: • Suckling pig (Crunchy) • Lobster with fried vermicelli (well executed) • Sesame chicken (so juicy and nice with the sesame on top!)Price: HK$400 pp (dinner) Revisit: 8/10 continue reading
