To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六去飲茶拎位都有少少難度,不過籽好彩,拎飛等左半個鐘左右就入得,間野佈置其實同一般d酒樓差唔多,但食ge野就扮晒高級,咁就睇下係唔係咁高級啦由於相機食係咁比呀媽話阻住晒,所以重點揀左幾樣野影底叉燒例牌 / 鵝肝鮮蝦春卷叉燒一般,佢有一半比左半肥瘦,係幾好食ge, 肉夠腍,不過另一半係柴皮,但又未至於咬唔到春卷個醬係wasabi, 感覺唔知係邊個地區ge fusion 菜,個醬冇乜wasabi 味,不過個春卷都算脆,不過話晒都係”高級野”, 得4條仔真係唔係好夠乾炒牛河,都OK, 碟野唔算太油,不過有少量河炒痴埋左其他點心花果奇緣,見到隔離枱飲得咁過癮,我地都叫左兩杯share ,杯野真係好大杯,兩個人都未必飲得晒,生果都好多,真係飲到好飽埋單$700 左右,唔飲果兩杯野應該會平d
