昨天早上我和家人去飲茶,真係飲到一吐氣,我爸點了5碟食物只來了四碟,漏了一碟珍珠雞,老豆話有無搞錯,咁都漏得既,於是早間兩個收銀:漏單米漏單,老人家受唔住氣講左句粗口,果兩個即刻粗口滿天飛惡言相向,仲叫人以後都唔好去飲茶,對老人家一點尊重體量都沒有,莫講話客戶服務態度,況且漏單是他們漏的,這種服務態度令人髮指!接著和他們經理理論,經理態度愛理不理,一直說我要做生意,好像我們在倒亂,這種茶樓香港還有?
