To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上星期五朋友生日食完飯我地想去飲嘢,本來一心諗住去番平時去開果間酒店的餐廳,但係竟然裝修,所以要改地點,另一度又full,幾經波折朋友話嚟呢度,佢之前嚟過話個view都好好,我地就嚟左啦,好彩冇full炸!!這裏係餐廳,一邊是食晚飯,另一邊係飲嘢的,個view真係好靚喎,我地睇左及研究左好耐,終於都係叫左每人一杯cocktail. 仕應先送嚟一碗麻辣花生,好多辣椒呀,嘩,真的好麻辣,不過好嘢味.我的係mango mama,朋友們有的叫薄荷,有的叫朱古力加rum酒,蘋果,木瓜......其實顏色都好靚,味道都幾ok. 我的mango mama都幾重芒果味,有點酒味但唔係好重,朋友杯朱古力個樣好靚,一點也不似酒,另外木瓜的是加了些沙冰,感覺得意,蘋果的則酒味較濃.一邊傾計,一邊飲嘢實在很舒服,雖然係圓枱似飯枱,還有一個大魚缸,不過11點後飯市那邊會關閉,燈光會變暗及有音樂就好寫意舒服,感覺好好呀,價錢適中唔貴.
