元朗-滷家:蜜汁叉燒王餐(hk$76)、梅子脆燒鴨餐($68)、酒仙醉雞卷($45)、京蔥金錢肚($40)-元朗小店掘到寶😁😁一句講哂,全部都好食!小店裝潢簡約舒服,主廚是退休五星級酒店燒味部大廚,食物出品令人期待,而價錢仍然貼地,套餐已連飯/麵+一大碗足料無味精靚湯!我去果日係栗子栗米豬腱湯,飲落清甜住家味好濃,簡直係我呢代無飯家庭既福音。-燒味比想象中大碟,擺盤精美,仲有大豆芽菜墊底。叉燒濃邊脆口,蜜汁色澤誘人,肉質鬆化,絕非一般燒味檔可比擬!梅子燒鴨有兩層,份量充足,皮帶梅子清香,啖啖肉而且嫩滑鬆化,一吃我已決定必再回頭。-小食價錢相宜,酒仙醉雞卷賣相吸引,啖啖肉,肉質不死實,酒香撲鼻,加埋杞子甜甜的,配搭得宜。至於京蔥金錢肚是我是晚既最愛,椒麻香氣突出,幼切的金錢肚條條粗幼相當,可見師傅刀工與功力深厚。小店仲提供多款其他燒味和小食,要加餸斬料一定再番黎試埋其他❤️
