To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

慶祝生日要兩全其美,食buffet之餘同時又想有生日蛋糕助慶,原來在尖沙咀皇家太平洋酒店的柏景餐廳Café on the PARK就可一次過實現兩個願望,網上訂位亦有高達55折優惠,週六日的lunch buffet 成人每位只需$285。餐廳環境寬敞,座位之間不會排得太擠,店員勤快收碟執拾,坐得舒服自在。加上臨近聖誕節亦有不少佈置裝飾,添上濃厚的節日氣氛。雖然今次只是來吃lunch buffet,不過冰鎮海鮮款式不算少,有蟹腳、青口、鮮蝦、蜆等等,而且全程一直有refill。我自己就最喜歡吃蟹腳,爽彈蟹肉雪白細膩,鎖住原始鮮甜海味。另外還有各款壽司和即叫即切的魚生刺身。爐端燒帶來多款熱辣辣的串燒美食,再掃上特製醬汁帶出食材的鮮味及香氣。爐端燒款式繁多,包括鯖魚、雞翼、三文魚骨、牛扒、茄子、日本甜薯、鮮冬菇、秋葵等等,個人推介燒鯖魚,火候和時間都控制得剛好,外皮酥脆而魚肉可口多汁。燒龍脷柳配麵鼓薑汁魚肉豐厚細嫩,配上微甜的麵鼓薑汁,更能帶出魚肉的鮮甜。拉娜伊式炸魷魚外皮鹹酥香脆,魷魚肉質彈牙爽口不會太韌。香煎鴨胸配香橙鴨胸充滿肉汁,橙子的酸香辟除了鴨子的臊。泰式豬頸肉豬頸肉肉質夠爽口,燒
