To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 壽司放題
店員會先安排全部十五款的壽司
包括有鯛魚,金目鯛魚,油甘魚,深海池魚,三文魚,帶子,八爪魚,左口魚,甜蝦,吞拿魚,鰻魚,香蔥碎吞拿魚腩卷,加州卷,日式雞蛋卷~再加上是日廚師長推介的伊佐木!

首先當然要吃廚師獎推介的伊佐木
果然時令的魚就是特別鮮甜!
然後當然是由白身魚慢慢吃到赤身魚~
當中最喜愛的依然是帶子~新鮮的帶子總是特別彈牙、跟雪藏帶子的軟綿綿口感截然不同
另外吞拿魚也雖然只是赤身~但味香濃郁~好味道!

特上壽司
特上壽司每人只限2件~所以四種類每様叫一件試試
鮮吞拿魚腩跟鮮吞拿魚中腩的色澤明顯不同~但味道相差不大~應該是因為質素好的關係!魚味特別濃郁!
北海道海膽~甜甜的海膽、可惜只有一件
三文魚籽~彈牙的感覺~不會太腥

味噌湯
吃過大量壽司後,來一碗的味噌湯
可以暖暖胃~
味噌湯以蜆調味,味噌的鹹味加上蜆肉的清甜
不錯呢!

櫻花黑糖雪糕
從來都沒有吃過這種味道
櫻花雪糕內有一塊塊小小的櫻花、味道不太甜
主要為黑糖的濃厚甜味
很特別的雪糕
