隨意門成日係fb見到，今次有得大家嚟過下異國風情。醬油每位25蚊，有辣木耳小食同辣拍青瓜！超開胃，辣到喉嚨上頭！先用滾水沖洗，再煲熱佢。超級衛生！自家火鍋豉油、紅蔥頭油，後煮一流。麻香蔥香重！特色卜卜蜆湯鍋 $198食用乾冰好有台型！芹菜、大量卜卜蜆！卜卜蜆大部分都鮮，好多芽菜添，當埋菜食！個湯底清甜，唔會太咸！雖然多卜卜蜆，但唔會太重咸！應該靠芽菜芹菜吸哂味道！招牌花膠雞湯鍋 $298湯底一上枱極度香濃，乾冰型！半隻雞加兩大塊花膠，超正！必飲湯！大家4個清底咁樣！店員幫手整好花膠落鍋。滾起3分鐘，大家拎碗飲湯！少少咸，但雞味重唔油，飲得碗落！清酒鮮牛肉 $168一枝清酒落鮮牛肉，有埋紅棗！鮮牛肉比較香嫩，就算落鑊內阻都唔會變硬！本地牛頸脊 $268牛頸脊從無在火鍋中失手！快熟帶油脂，一開二，細份都ok既！餃子拼盤 $148韭菜餃同菜苗帶子餃比例都好，韭菜最好味！黃金沙葛餃素菜系列，脆口。和牛芝士一口餃外皮橙橙實認到佢，少少芝心感覺！黑松露蟹肉餃微租，放卜卜蜆度，海鮮對海鮮ok！蓮藕 $42小半條份量度，比菜類好處係煮耐d都唔怕黃，仲保持到爽口！生根 $38份量大份，抵叫！薯粉 $32
