特登選左一個正前方可以望住師傅煮食既位置,完全可以望住自己份食材由原材料到食得,真係好特別特別係生雞肉,口感同味道都同平時食既雞肉好大分別,如果唔係黎自日本既雞,相信都唔食得過油甘魚係三種入面最好味的,油而不膩,而且超級厚肉,又冇根,正比起平時食既沙律好食一點,更健康一點鮮味十足,而且好有彈性,不是急凍的帶子味來的茶碗蒸高質茶碗蒸,入面好香既海鮮味道,就是蟹籽,咸咸的配上蛋香真的無敵夾紐西蘭肉眼扒終於來到了主食,見住佢係面前煎真係別有一番風味,廚師好細心的會切成條狀,煮成大約7成熟,外皮香香脆脆,而入味仲帶一點紅色,牛扒香加上嫩滑的牛肉口感,真真正正的日式牛扒,味道同環境感受都是100分的最後嘅甜品係雪芭,好嫩滑口感一流,作為結尾的甜品認真唔錯
